“Love this place. In a world where we have the £5 Mr Whippy milkshake and £7 factory made cake desert place > its good to have a traditional Asian sweet centre and traditional prices. £1.50 for amazing ras malai and same price for a pink tea. Nice mitai also .”

“Tried this after watching TFT food troll youtube video and was blown away by how yummy the chicken donner in fresh bread roll £5 or £7 with chips and drink I thought it was just another sharwama from watching the video but it's nothing like you had before , it taste like perfectly golden trimmed rotisserie chicken with thyme or some type of herbs , reminds me of tge country tyrkey where they use minimal seasoning to show off the natural chicken flavour from the meat. Absolutely loved it in that bread with mayo and mint yoghurt Wish this place was in manchester it would do well here . The shop was clean and staff was friendly, proces are on tge higher side but it's quality. “I am new to Aldi. I knew it was cheap, but I am impressed by the quality of the food, particularly the "specially selected" range. What really makes this branch if Aldi really shine is the staff: really friendly and helpful.”

“The staff at this Waitrose are very nice and polite. I stupidly dropped a pot of buttermilk and caused a mess but they quickly came to help and clean up and were nice to me even though I was the moron creating problems for them!”

“What a fantastic store! Took my Nanna shopping today and she can't walk much anymore. We didn't have her wheelchair, the staff provided one for her and couldn't be more accommodating for her! She was so happy and relieved that she could actually shop without the hassle and feeling in the way. They even brought our shopping to the car! Credit to the staff. Thanks again. Jane”

“A pleasant shopping experience. More expensive than other supermarkets, but plenty of quality produce. 20% off cheese on Thursday, and a free coffee for members makes it worthwhile.”

“I visited the Aldi store today around 12:30 with my 9 month old baby strapped to me in her carrier. I had to get quite a lot of shopping and it’s always more challenging when I’m carrying my little girl and bending, packing and lifting the bags. The employee at the Crown point Denton store Tracy I believe her name was (dark brunette hair), was honestly so unbelievably kind to me. Straight away she helped me pack my shopping and actually did it all for me so I could catch a breath and focus on my baby, she packed all my bags and then even came out from her checkout to place them into the trolley for me. I didn’t ask her for help and that’s what’s so amazing about an employee like that, she went the extra mile and made my visit special. There was people behind me and that didn’t phase her at all and she didn’t rush me or leave me to struggle. It’s kindness like this that makes a store and a young mums day. Massive thank you to this lady, hope to see her again x”

“This is my local and this evening i witnessed one of the kindest things I’ve send for a long time. I never comment or leave reviews but I hope this gets to the individual MATBEA (I hope the spelling is near). This young lady served a customer who was short on the final amount. Instead of taking something away from the bill the young lady paid the difference for the customer. Something that today in this world shows true kindness. Just a message to say really well done. Your kindness goes along way. Never change.”

“I love going here. The shop is well laid out with different product sections. Some stuff (particularly food stuff), you can't get in the average supermarket. Very reasonably priced - bargains even like in the name. Selling a mix of premium and own brands. On street parking in front of, or car parks nearby.”

“I went in for some donuts on Fat Thursday. They were amazing. Staff don't seem to wear masks though all the customers did.”

“Had two home deliveries and both the driver's we lovely polite and chatty The order arrived on time and everything was in there Only draw back is make sure you have shopping bags to move the shopping from the baskets as Waitrose don't pack the shop in carrier bags”

“I recently popped into Waitrose Altrincham to pick up a parcel from John Lewis. I was met with a queue that had literally just developed as a few people who had walked through the doors in front of me joined it. I resigned myself to a wait as we were in the lead up to Xmas. Within a minute several staff appeared to deal with the queue and all customers were dealt with in no time. I was impressed and just wanted to say, well done Waitrose Altrincham.”

“I had the mixed kebab, the meats were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing, the salad and dressings were fresh and very tasty. Dekan, our server was very friendly and explained the various dishes to help us choose our meals. I will definitely be coming back.”
