“I called ASH Timber as I needed a cabinet floor for an under sink kitchen unit. I was to come down at 1:30pm we discussed what wood would be best as it’s to go under a sink. First he tried to find some off cuts to save me some money which I thought was really nice but end up selling me a quarter panel and cutting to size for me it was the best price and really good service thanks once again I highly recommend them”

“I found them to be the cheapest building suppliers so far and notice they beat the prices of so called popular cheap suppliers in the area. The Travis Perkin app is very useful as you can check prices, compare products and give access to your builder to put in orders. I would suggest adding how to videos on some of the products like some other apps in the industry. Their delivery service is convenient with a tracking system which means you can do a Just In Time delivery so no need to wait around and you can turn up a stop before they arrive to your location. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable so if you are novice in the industry you have expertise to hand. “I bought 6 bags of blue slate on 03.07.20. The man on reception was very pleasant and helpful. He also fully complied with the companies social distancing policy. I picked up the bags outside from the service yard and again all staff were very helpful. In fact the operative helped me to load the bags into the back if my car. I will be visiting Buildbase again because their prices are very reasonable and customer service is excellent. Service with a smile rules ok.”
