I left little 'clues' around my house before leaving for work just to check and I was pleasantly surprised on my return as nothing was missed. I've never met any of the cleaning team as they have a key but when Nicola visited me initially to quote, she immediately struck me as charming, professional and I had no problem whatsoever entrusting her with the job. We booked it and highly recommend it to expectant parents (great value!). The course is led by Rachel, an experienced midwife, an absolute star and wonderful woman. “Just wanted to share how fabulous Yomi (sorry if that's spelled incorrectly!) in the Bury store is. I've been in a few times and she seems to be on shift when I go in. I wear a larger shoe size so finding footwear at reasonable prices in a preferred style can be somewhat difficult. In my last visit, Yomi went above and beyond, found every shoe in my size for me to try as well as helped locate another pair of boots in another store. Yomi is super friendly and genuine and deserves recognition! Thank you!”

They were happy to try to repair them even though I didn't have a receipt. The repair didn't work so they replaced the shoes at no cost. Could not be happier. Thank you”
