“This was a great place to stay! I was a bit cautious due to some of the reviews, but it was perfect for a night stay before the airport. The receptionist was shy and not talkative but still smiling and checked us in efficiently. Our room was easy to get to, clean, and had some tea and coffee which was lovely. The shared bathroom was also very clean and not often used, so it was great to get a cheap room for value. I would recommend staying here.”

“Attended birthday party in the Gold Suite and stayed overnight. Food was amazing at the party and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good value and again the staff were great. Lovely rooms, if a little dated. Overall a lovely stay.”

“Wow what can i say we had our wedding here 2 weeks ago and it really was the perfect venue. Lucy was amazing and really helpful during the planning and on the day everything went exactly as it should all the staff were amazing on the day! jake was so helpful the night before accomadating a big party for food and was amazing on the wedding day too. John our master of ceromonies was fabulous too. All guests commented on how lovely there room was. We used the Delamere suite to get ready and for our wedding night and it was perfect. Thank you so much to everybody who made our day amazing ❤️”

“From the moment I stepped in, this place just felt welcoming. An actual key for the room gave it a charming, personal touch you don’t often see anymore. Free parking, free WiFi, and a bed so comfortable I nearly missed checkout – all at a price that’s hard to beat. The building may be older, but it’s clearly loved and cared for, and it shows. A special mention to Carla, who I spoke to in the morning – she was outstanding. Passionate about the local area and genuinely invested in guests having a great time, she’s a real asset to the business. If she worked at my company, it would be a better place. Any future visits to Manchester – this will be my go-to hotel.”

“Had another enjoyable stay here. Booked in for the nights either end of our flights out of Manchester Airport. Rooms clean, bed comfortable and had the food package. “Seemed to have got lucky as my room seemed to be one of the better condition rooms and not as described on some other reviews. Comfortable, clean with a nice bright bathroom. It was one of the rooms on the same floor as the reception. Ask for a room on that floor! No lifts however and the reception itself is on the 1st floor. The staff help to carry your cases up. Overall great value for money as a stopover hotel after a late flight in from Manchester airport.”

“Absolutely brilliant. If you are flying from Manchatten airport port. It's less expensive than booking the airport parking. Only slight downside. For a 6 am flight the shuttle bus doesn't run until 3:00 am. Even then veezu is around 20 quid.”
