“My husband and I shopped at The Baby Store for our specials one’s travel system after some online research about the products available. We would shop again ans recommend other new parents shop there not only for the product range available but specifically for the customer service, care and attention that we received from our initial speculative visit, to subsequent visits to make our decision and there after our delivery and support experience. We were initially greeted by the knowledgable Nikita who got to know us as a couple and our needs/preferences. She asked lots of targeted questions to help filter down her recommendations and give us top tips on what products would best meet our lifestyle needs. Highlighting features that would benefit us and our little one. We were then able to streamline our decisions (which can be overwhelming!) and choose a system that best suited us and our budget. Nikita wasn’t pushy or sales driven at all, it’s all about selecting the best products for our little one in an informative but still exciting way. Our little girl was born 06/09 and after a long stay in hospital, we were ready to head home and had a brain freeze on how to work one element of the car seat. We called TBS, and it was Nikita who was available to help and remind us of how to safely get baby home. Thank you TBS and Nikita for supporting us get ready for our little girl.”

“My major birthday for 2024 is coming up soon. My sister suggested about new walking shoes, as I have lost so much weight doing this exercise over the years. And she suggested Clarks in Chorley. I thought about Amazon. But my sister suggested Chorley store as ease of trying on. This store had several walking footwear on show. I selected three shoes of their range to examine. And asked for these in my size. The few ones I had selected, had in common of good grip soles with deep tread, lightweight, comfortable, and didn't rub my feet, and free around my ankle to avoid rubbing there. The staff are both pleasant and knowledgeable about their stock. One set of boots is 50% off. I tried the three boots, each in turn, and went with the best set for me. The staff are lovely and polite. The range they have is competitive to Middlebrook store of Clarks. If you only try these shoes inside your home, you could return these within two weeks of buying them if your not pleased with your purchase. My previous trainer / walking boot cross I bought from this store had allowed me to walk over 3 million steps over 19 months of daily walking journeys in them. According to my pedometer. But they are now very worn. The sales at this time (October 2025) weren't running. But i bought my new pair for £130. They also feature what attracted me to my first walking footwear i bought previously. These new ones also have great deep tread, and are light weight, give great support to my feet and are comfortable to wear. They also don't rub my heals. And have gortex technology. I very much rate Clarks for these type of walking trainer / boot cross for all around comfort and usefully designed for enthusiastic daily health walkers. My first trip walking in these new boots proved to be very good. In fact I am 100% satisfied with my purchase of these. trainer / walking boot cross. I bought from the store a spray cleaner and water repellent that they suggested for £8. I was dismissive at first. But once a day for a few weeks has seen my boots get increasingly shiny black and attractive and with a better water repellent nature. It's good and worth a try!”

“I have been visiting this Costa for at least 13 years maybe more. I have always enjoyed the quality of the coffee but a couple of weeks ago I was visiting Costa with my daughters and just as I had given my order I received some unexpected news via a phone call and i had to leave the store to continue the conversation. Whilst i did this my teen daughters stayed in the store where two members of staff kindly continued to serve them their drinks and get them seated. When I returned into Costa, the two members of staff could see i was overwhelmed and offered kindness and helped complete my order. Today I revisited the same Costa and was greeted by the same members of staff who remembered who I was and asked how things were and said they had been thinking of me. This absolutely blew me away, Costa management and head quarters should be so proud and honoured to have such kind and caring people working for their company, the names of these very special people are Nikki and Amy. Thank you to these ladies for showing such compassion, your moment of kindness and giving me your time has filled me with such positivity and strength. I had to write this review especially to say thank you. I would also like to mention Sophie who is an exceptional Barista and always makes me feel very welcome. I love this store. “Prices a little pricey but for location probably about right went in last night 27/10 to see a friend who's band was playing and have to say what an atmosphere and great crowd. From staff to everyone in there they were all great and lovely people. Chatted to loads of strangers old and young alike all super nice I'll be back to see my friend play again”
