“Snapes as the m0st common name for Estate agents since i have been in Bramhall ie over 40 odd years . of course it is because of their honest and sincere attention to the needs of the clients. This kind of service and commitment is rare in these days . However when i contacted the firm in connection with selling of my house itmwas very strait forward and simple and peace of mind . the Most important thing about the snakes agents office is the staffie the girls who are smooch dedicated to the service of clients. In simple word EXCELENT. Although all of the staff were equally good like to mention SERA SHORE an exceptional. IN terms of efficiency i would put as FIVE STAR+.”

“Been to a few barbers before this barbers, since my usual place in the centre of town was no longer an option and struggled to find any which provided the same cut. With most of them destroying my hair and crown. These guys nail what I wanted on the head and for the first time ever took photos so I can show others what I want if the barbers I had today isn't in the shop when I next come. “Fantastic Sales staff and fabulous delivery service. The staff at Robin Hood Beds take pride in their business and are very knowledgeable about the mattresses they sell. They encourage you to lie on the different mattresses for your liking and preference and will recommend the various types to suit your needs. The delivery was within 8 days of ordering my mattress and the men were quick, pleasant and efficient. They took their shoes off and removed the packaging from the mattress and took my old mattress and the packaging away with them. I have given my mattress a couple of days to 'breathe' before I slept in it, as it does have a smell but I cannot wait to sleep on it tonight!”

“I looked around at many others for price and reputation, this was the best. for full mouth dentistry. The whole team couldn’t be more friendly, competent and professional. The reception fronted by the unbelievable skills of Mandi who found slots that didn’t exist , right through to the dentist Hamza who worked miracles at times that were definitely testing and long even the odd weekend. Nothing was to much trouble. A perfectionist if ever there was one . Thankyou team all of you, not a bad one between you”

“Had a impromptu lunch date at this cafe and it was wonderful! the atmosphere was relaxing and very welcoming. The staff are warm and helpful ,we had to a make dietary request and they accommodated it and it wasn't any bother. cafe is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, they have different types of chairs which was a life saver for my back! Absolutely loved the food , a little expensive I would say but definitely worth it , best BBQ chicken cheese toastie I've had and the salad that accompanied it was gorgeous. Just what was need on a hot day. I would definitely recommend this place !”

Leon served me in the restaurant. He was kind , warm , understanding , knowledgeable , helpful , professional, but above all else his service was exemplary, second to none! I have never met such customer service in a very long time , of this level , and how refreshing to meet someone that loves what they do , and has a positive attitude in all their work. Promote him very soon, or I'll be honest you are missing a trick here , and definetly do not let him move to another hotel. Danny was kind , warm so so welcoming & answered every question I had promptly & efficiently. “We stayed here with out 4 children for a few nights due to work being done at our home. I can honestly say the staff that work here are absolutely incredible. They made our stay so easy & couldn’t do enough! From prepping a high chair at meal times before we even came down to making paper aeroplanes with our son & making them fly! The staff here genuinely make the place and I honestly can not thank them enough! The rooms were perfect very large (we had 2 family rooms) VERY clean.”

“We popped by to browse around the shop for car seats and prams. Laura was super helpful and on top of that she mentioned an antenatal course held in the store. We booked it and highly recommend it to expectant parents (great value!). The course is led by Rachel, an experienced midwife, an absolute star and wonderful woman. The classes are so well organised, informative and all in a lovely atmosphere. All thanks to Bashy, the shop owner, Rachel and Lauren. Thank you so much ladies for making our journey richer in this lovely experience.”

“Just wanted to say that the delivery man who always brings us our food, ALWAYS makes the effort to come up the stairs to us, despite letting him know that we would come downstairs to collect our food due to being aware of his knee being in pain. He is always so friendly and welcoming. As we only order food from here now and again we always forget that it is him who will be bringing the food up. You’re a very kind man and deserve a medal as you work very hard and nothing seems too much to ask. Thank you :)”
