“Had not intended to go out on the night of the NW200 racing but we ended up in the Bush Inn. One of if not 'then best nights ever. Great craic with some of the bikers and best Guiness too. Staff working like Trojans but still smiling. Can't recommend it enough”

“I've been to parties here several times and it's a huge hall with a smaĺl hall ideal for eating. Lovely light airy room which never feels cold, parking at rear and good toilets and use of kitchen.”

“Lovely pub in Old Glossop. Stayed for a night on a walking weekend. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were really friendly and welcoming and the food was delicious - one of us had a roast dinner with amazing cauliflower cheese. The other two shared delicious tapas, highlight was the ribs and the feta salad. A lovely pub, highly recommend.”

I had the chicken roast and it was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked, juicy chicken with crispy roast potatoes, fluffy Yorkshire pudding, and rich gravy that tied everything together beautifully. The portions were generous, the presentation spot on, and the flavours reminded me of a proper homemade Sunday dinner, only better! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It’s clear the team really take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for the perfect Sunday roast in the area, The Hesketh is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely be back next week !”

“Pubs a cool laid spot, you wouldn't expect much of the food by the look of it but it really punches above its surrounding some surprising things on the menu and really well cooked. Don't go semi full, every time I've eaten here I've waddled out. Beer selection is good and staff have always been really nice. Carvery on a Sunday is impressive. Again better quality than you'd expect by the surroundings.”

“I remember walking past many times as they were fitting out the restaurant and I can’t believe it has taken me this long to visit. What a beautiful venue, really central within a short walk to lots of bars. The food is excellent with plenty to choose from. The staff are helpful and friendly and the drinks are great too. Plenty great options to choose from with amazing flavours and although only tapas the portions are generous. We struggled to finish all our food. A really lovely place to visit when in Manchester but make sure you book in advance as it does get rather busy.”

“I booked a party for my son's 6th birthday and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Grace was a brilliant host! She explained how the party would run, double checked the food orders and ensured we had everything we needed (including unlimited juice and hoardes of food!). “A great spot to dine with friends and family. The food was cooked with love and care and the environment was friendly and warm. Myself and my friends had a lamb wrap, chicken wings with chips, shakshouka, falafel, coffee and baklava and each bite was a treat for the tastebuds. After finishing our meal we just wanted to sit and enjoy each others company and we were welcomed to this, not being hurried out of the door and instead being invited to stay for as long as we liked. I will definitely be visiting Dina again.”
