“Hadn't booked, but given great table at front of restaurant. Made to feel very welcome. Menu not huge, but descriptions full and explanatory. 3 different dishes, all equally delicious. Best Bengal meal ever. I've travelled down from Scotland to visit family, but will definitely come back.”

“The food here is absolutely fantastic, as always—easily the best Indian restaurant in the area. I recently came for a birthday meal with my wife, and though we hadn’t mentioned it was my birthday, the staff surprised me with a slice of cake and even sang for me without us asking or expecting anything. The service is truly exceptional—always going above and beyond. And let me just say, they have the best peshwari naan in town! Highly recommend!”

“Lydia was was beautifully hospitable for our late lunch today!! Our food came out quickly, and we were very well taken care of. Definitely a very laid back place for good food where you’re well looked after. I had the caprese salad, and my husband had the chorizo pizza. Both highly recommended!”

They are fantastic at their jobs—friendly, efficient, and always with a smile that brightens your visit. Their dedication and great service truly deserve recognition, and honestly, they should both get a raise for the amazing work they do. If you're in the area, this chippy is a must-visit!”

“I have been here from the start. The taste is fabulous. I can vouch for it having eaten in so many so called Kerala restaurants. The only thing missing this time is the squid Masala. I am told that it's on the menu in their Whitefield Sindhoor restaurant. Tandoori chicken was not filled with colour like elsewhere. Definitely recommended.”

“My boyfriend took me here for my birthday dinner and we had the most wonderful evening! Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the hostess and seated immediately. For starters we had calamari, focaccia and olives - all were delicious! Our mains, the pizza and steak were equally yummy. The highlight of the evening for me was when the waiters brought out a cake and sang happy birthday. Thank you so much to all the staff- you were so friendly and professional, and you made my birthday very special. Grazie mille!”

“We visited for the first time on Saturday 8th November 2025 and we were served by Simona. She couldn’t have been more attentive. The service provided was excellent and right up there with the food. I had the arancini and the carbonara with sides of tenderstem broccoli and rocket. My partner had the scarpetta and lasagne. We both really enjoyed the food, particularly the dishes I picked. Simona kindly made me aware that the carbonara was traditional and not cooked with cream, which is what I expected but I do know people who have eaten a version of “carbonara” with cream who would definitely appreciate this information for their knowledge and to be aware of what they were ordering. Despite our table being booked for 7pm on a Saturday and the restaurant being very busy, we did not wait long to be served or for our food to come out. It was all well presented and perfectly cooked. I’ve already recommended a number of people to visit since our meal and we will definitely return next time we’re in Manchester.”

“Great food, reasonable price for the very high quality, fresh ingredients - e.g. the chicken in the dishes was the highest quality chicken meat I’d ever seen used by a Chinese takeaway. Ordered by phone for collection, very reasonable wait time about 20 mins for large order. Very friendly service. Have been back for more already. Highly recommended”

“Some of the best ramen I've ever had. Came in here for a last minuet meal before a gig, incredible service and fast food. The pork ramen was smokey and rich with an incredible pull apart pork joint on top. The chicken ramen had a lighter broth to it but full of flavour and morish. Fried chicken was tender and crisp, felt homemade and cozy. The atmosphere was cool and stylish, felt authentic for a small ramen shop, simple but effective. Would absolutely eat here again!”

“Been here a few times to eat now, the food is amazing everything so full of flavour and taste. The seating area is good, may feel cramped at busy times but the service is still on point and the food is always above standards. Very good decent size portions and the prices are decent also. Mix kebabs are my favourite and the drinks, good selection available and worth the money. Family platter is also very good to have here, nicely presented and plenty of flavour. Definitely recommend eating in here, they do deliveries but best to go in and eat fresh off the grill. Excellent place amazing food, friendly staff.”

“The experience was excellent. The room was a bit smaller but all the amenities and services were there for a much comfortable stay. As we were coming from Hyatt House to Hyatt regency they gave us an early Check in, which was very kind of them. The restaurant staffs were extremely kind and helpful. A big shout out to Andrea from the restaurant, she was very helpful with the menu suggestions, as well as she helped us to find out nearest places to visit, she also gave a Drawing book and colours to our daughter so that she can play with that. Over all a very good experience and thank you to the Whole team.”

“This was our first time staying at the Edwardian Manchester, and we were so impressed from start to finish. The staff were welcoming and professional, making us feel right at home the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is stunning beautifully designed, spotless, and with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Breakfast was excellent too, with plenty of choice and great quality. The location couldn’t be better for exploring the city, and we really appreciated the little touches that made our stay feel special. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and are already looking forward to coming back!”

“Perfect location for T2 … across the road, 2 minute walk and within a short 5 minute journey on the free shuttle bus to the excellent drop and go parking service A special mention to Lauren part of the Holiday Inn reception team who was very efficient, friendly and provided a first class service! A credit to the “HI Man Airport” team !!! Hotel spotless, modern and well stocked rooms … have stayed next door at Ibis (which is also a great hotel!) but for an extra £30 on this stay brekkie was included. They also have a happy hour on selected drinks and discount on food A great place to relax night before travels without the early morning stress … thanks Holiday Inn!”

From arrival to departure, everything was handled smoothly and with a genuine smile. The hotel itself is spacious, clean, and very well looked after, with rooms that are tidy, comfortable, and hygienic. “We had a wonderful breakfast experience at the Marriott AC Hotel. The food was fresh and well presented, but what made it truly special was the service. Siraj and Meesha were both outstanding — friendly, professional, and attentive throughout. They made sure we had everything we needed and added such a warm touch to the morning. “I spent a lovely 3 nights here whilst I was in Manchester for a school reunion. The hotel is in a good location and close to the station with direct trains to Manchester airport. The room was excellent with plenty of space and a great view. It was very clean and well serviced every day. A bonus was the fridge and selection of drinks. There was a great atmosphere in the bar and restaurant. I would like to give a big thank you to the guys in the bar, Cameron, Lennox and Eden for making the most amazing cocktails and for being very hospitable hosts. In fact all the restaurant staff were lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it. My only complaint would be the cold plates for the cooked breakfast, but the great coffee and pastries did make up for it.”

“If you're looking for some delicious and authentic Italian street food in Manchester Arndale, then Wolf is the place to be. They offer a variety of options including wraps, salads, and pizzas. I've tried their pizza and it was excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful too. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the area!”

“Great food, polite staff, always able to find you a spot.....fresh produce....adds up to an excellent dining experience! Revisited in April 2022, the updated menu just keeps on getting better, plenty of plant based options if you have non-meat eaters in your party. Staff, as ever, are helpful polite and genuinely nice people. Looking forward to my next visit.”

“Wagamama at The Trafford Centre is exactly what you expect, and that’s a compliment! The energy here is infectious—it’s busy, as is expected in such a massive and popular shopping centre, but the team handles it brilliantly. We experienced fast, efficient service despite the crowds, which is a testament to the staff and management. Most importantly, the food is, as always, amazing and consistently tasty. They deliver on their promise of fresh, delicious Asian-inspired food every time. If you need a reliable, quick, and satisfying meal while shopping, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!”

“Only Indian restaurant we dine at, Menu is very varied,my favourite is the Shathkora, a medium curry with Lime, food quality and portions are spot on, service with a friendly smile, everytime. Moving soon into the precinct, so more room as its only a small restaurant currently. Prices are good, and the cobra is just right.”

If you’re looking for a spicy Thai dish, this isn’t the one for you. However, if you’re looking for a rich, creamy, and flavourful curry, you should definitely give this one a try!”
