From entering the hotel using the terminal 2 tunnel the hotel is easy to find, modern and very clean. I was checked in by William who had a trainee badge on however was very knowledgeable and helpful giving helpful tips and ensuring I had everything I needed. I was so happy with Williams service I've just booked again for 23rd December this time for the family. Great Staff and service. :)”

From Craig the plasterer, Chris the Gas fitter/plumber and Reece and Daniel the electricians the whole process was slick. “Fresh Fibres operative was very polite, arrived promptly following a phone call saying that he was on his way, and helped me to move some heavy items to facilitate the cleaning of my spare bedroom, and hall, stairs and landing carpets. The carpets now look and smell much better - almost as new for my 25 year old carpet, and I am really pleased with the quality of the company's work and service at a cost that I felt was reasonable and competitive. No hesitation in giving a 5☆ rating”
