When my cat Rainbow, a sweet boy, was diagnosed with kidney failure just six months after we moved from Hong Kong to the UK, I felt completely lost. Dr. Archie changed everything. He listened to my concerns, valued my input, and worked with me as a partner. His endless support and professional advice gave me the confidence to care for Rainbow at home for nearly 23 months, with a quality of life I never thought possible. It felt like Rainbow was given a second chance at life. Thanks to the team, I celebrated Rainbow’s 16th and 17th birthdays—precious moments that were like a gift. Though we didn’t reach his 18th, I’m so grateful for the time we had. In his final days, especially the very last one, Dr. Emily and the team were incredibly kind and gentle. Rainbow only ever visited their clinic in the UK, so it was comforting that he could peacefully fall asleep in a familiar place. Deciding to say goodbye to Rainbow was the hardest choice I’ve ever made, but the team made me feel so supported and at peace. I left Rainbow with the clinic for two days before his cremation. When I returned to pick him up, he looked so serene, like he was sleeping sweetly. Seeing him like that brought calm to my heart, and I could finally let go. I wholeheartedly recommend Victoria Park Vet to anyone. They’ve also cared for my four dogs with the same dedication, and I trust them to keep my dogs healthy and happy for years to come. Dr. Archie and his team don’t just care for pets—they care for the people who love them.”

“I went in today to drop my plane iron off for the in-store sharpening service. Nathaniel offered to call me back once it was done, and give me a demo on how to set the plane up, and use it as well. He went above and beyond with getting the blade flat and sharp, and set it up beautiful, giving me some fantastic advice! It's my Grandad's old plane so I'm absolutely thrilled to have it working, and cannot thank Nathaniel enough. Aside from this, I always get great service and advice, and great products of course - cannot recommend the store and team enough.”

“First time visit to MC on Gemini park in Warrington. We were definitely not let down by some fabulous food, professional staff and allround stunning dining experience. My sons 18th birthday lunch, we covered steak, pork tomahawk, grilled salmon and calamari. All wonderfully cooked and presented. Excellent staff service who made the lunch a pleasure to eat there. Food was incredible, I’ve never had a bad meal there - the beef and pork belly were cooked to perfection, and the wonton soup was served piping hot. “I have just received the pink waterproof coat for Biscuit our 18 month old West Highland Terrier. She looks absolutely gorgeous in it and it fits perfectly. Communication was excellent and they helped me.reduce a catalogue bill buy over 800 pound. They don't charge unless your get a rebate . So if your debit is reduced and you don't receive anything back they don't charge you. Debit can be scary but these guys really can help.”

“We are a student accommodation in Bolton, and used Barton Direct Services throughout July and August 2023 for our Summer turnaround cleans, of over 100 rooms and kitchens. The cleaning was carried out to a very high standard, and the minor snags we picked up on were quickly rectified. It was reassuring to have the same team on site each day; especially as they were all so punctual and polite. It is clear that the team have pride in their work too, and they all went above and beyond their roles in also pointing out maintenance issues to us. Despite some of the most humid days of the year, the team showed up every day looking smart in their uniform; which made them easily recognisable for our residents still in house, and for our security staff. We were equally impressed by the management and supervision of the cleans, who created a fool-proof sheet to keep track of where we up to and updated this daily. There were a number of fairly last minute rooms added to the cleaning list and these were handled fantastically. We hope to work with Barton Direct Services again next summer and would recommend to anyone in the PBSA industry,”

I was bleeding that much that I ended up in hospital twice for a blood transfusion. I can not thank him enough for what he did. Just found out his not in Manchester anymore which is a shame as I was trying to book an appointment with him.”
