“Popped in today for a chair, and came out with a desk as well. Great personable service. They couldn't have done more to be helpful. Great selection of chairs that you can try out before you buy (very hard to find places that can do this), and great prices too.”

“Visited 2/2/26. As a Disabled customer and I went on my own Firstly the hotel and restaurant are fully accessible. The entrance has a lift from street level and a button to call staff for assistance to operate the lift. Staff are very accommodating. There's a lift to the basement where the studio bar and lounge is located, it a jazz and singer style bar. Sophia was the most friendly and professional of bar tender The restaurant is a classic American bistro but in a refined and chic way and the food was succulent and favourful. The meat was *chef kiss. I highly recommend this place but male sure you book in advance.”

“Stayed just the one night but you could easily stay here for a few days. The room we had was on the 19th floor so super quiet without any noise from outside. Top quality SMEG appliances. Kettle, toaster, hot plate and microwave plus dishwasher. They also have a laundry department which you can use for longer stays. Lovely bed linen and comfortable bed. Just loved the rain shower which was powerful and as hot as you wanted it to be. Gorgeous bathroom products too. Just a perfect quick overnight but you could base yourself here if you had to work in Manchester for a few days.”

The hotel itself is spacious, clean, and very well looked after, with rooms that are tidy, comfortable, and hygienic. “I was delightfully surprised with this stay. The building looks a little drab outside but inside it was a delight. From the warm and friendly staff, to the welcoming lobby, our room was clean and comfortable. Our bed was big and comfortable, the shower provided good hot water and we loved the twirling water shower head. It couldn't be positioned better, in good reach of restaurants, theatre, shopping and Manchester Arena. Excellent breakfast (just not a fan of the powdery scrambled egg!) All in all, enjoyable stay and we will be back.”

“Clean, comfortable, and easily walkable to/from just about anything you would want to do in the city centre. Restaurant made my life easier due to the convenience. Decently priced, considering all this! I would especially like to recognize manager Sandra for being so warm and accommodating! This really makes someone feel welcome when they are far from home. :)”

“Simple and good hotel, with an excellent location in the northern part of the city center. Very close to the Arndale Mall and surrounded by many shops and restaurants. Exceptional service — quick, efficient, respectful, and pleasant. Clean rooms and overall a very clean hotel. The dining area is a bit crowded for my taste, and the English breakfast is basic.”

“Yes it's true, ikea is a damn maze and I'm sure if they really searched around, they'd find several missing persons. Ikea is superb for offering a glimmer of inspiration to your new home or your existing one. Theres just so much to see and buy. Anything you see can be found in the warehouse. They're a huge food canteen serving low priced meals and mini shop selling frozen versions of their meals. We very much enjoyed our vist.”

“Wonderful soundproofing for a city location. Didn't hear traffic, banging doors or anything during the night. Very comfy bed, powerful shower, clean and useful facilities. Also lovely friendly lady on reception. Late checkout brilliant too. The beefeater attached to it is great as well. We arrived very tired from long journey and took advantage of the special offer for dinner and breakfast. Food was delicious, portions good and Holly our waitress was brilliant.”

He greeted me with a genuine smile and handled the check-in process quickly and professionally. Even though I had a few special requests, he was patient, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of without any hassle. What really stood out to me was how friendly and approachable he was throughout my stay. Whether I needed directions, restaurant suggestions, or help with a small issue in my room, Levon was always available and eager to help. He has a calm, polite manner that instantly puts you at ease. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and cares about the guest experience. My stay felt smooth and stress-free. He’s a real asset to the hotel, and I’ll definitely return — partly because of the great service I received at the front desk.”

“I had an excellent experience at the bar in the Marriott thanks to Wade. He’s one of those rare bartenders who makes you feel welcome from the moment you sit down. Professional, friendly, and genuinely attentive, Wade mixed fantastic drinks and offered great recommendations based on what I liked. What stood out most was his service—fast, thoughtful, and consistently upbeat, even when the bar got busy. You can tell he really enjoys what he does, and it shows in the atmosphere he creates. If you’re staying at the Marriott (or even if you’re just passing through), make sure to stop by the bar and ask for Wade. He’ll make your visit a great one. He really made my birthday so special x”

“Had another enjoyable stay here. Booked in for the nights either end of our flights out of Manchester Airport. Rooms clean, bed comfortable and had the food package. We were served breakfast by Lena who was friendly and efficient. All the staff have been welcoming. Premier Inn is consistently good and good value for money.”

“A very pleasant place to stay in a lovely location. I was looking for a proper holiday location within close driving distance of Tameside and Manchester, Christie's hospital in order to look after an elderly relative. I looked for a proper hotel with a dining room, a bar proper cooked food and somewhere dog friendly. I could not have found anywhere better. My elderly step-mum needed modified meals; small portions and easy-to-swallow foods. The chef and all the staff bent over backwards to make sure she was catered for - room service was no trouble. Only wish I'd had time to enjoy The Stables. I'll definitely be back.”

“Perfect over night stay before our early morning flight to Disney. We was checked in by Cibril (sorry if spelt wrong) who kindly gave us 2 drink vouchers for the bar. Another staff member asked if our little boy would like a biscuit and brought him out a shortbread. The rooms where lovely and spacious as well. Of course you could hear the planes but that didn't bother us, apart from that we thought it was a quiet hotel. The walk to the airport is between 5-10mins. Will definitely stay again.”

“There are hotels, and there are hotels, right? Equally, there are hotel staff, and there are hotel staff, with me so far? Well, the hotel does what it should, it’s clean, comfortable, well equipped and superbly located (if central Manchester is where you want to be?), so far so good! Now the staff, what a treat to be served so well by everyone, from the courteous cleaners that smiled and represented the company well, to the bar / reception staff that went above and beyond, really well done. In particular, the wonderful Nicole, service with the most wonderful smile and utterly professional, Accor, are you reading this ? She’s management material in the waiting right under your noses!! Dominic too was professional, smiling and uber efficient, the pair of them working together like a Swiss clock, effortless and confident, that’s how we guests like it, a big no, a Huge thanks for the stay! It gets another “Arnie” - a I’ll be back!”

“We stayed here for the Christmas Markets and the Pete Tong event at the AO Arena. Staff were excellent, the room was great. The bar is open until 5am, and you can order food until then also. The location is great too.”

“I recently purchased a quartz table from All In Stone and the whole experience from start to finish was brilliant. I live approximately 200 miles from their shop, however communication over the phone and messaging was faultless. On collection of the table, it was wrapped for protection and loaded into my van, nothing was too much trouble and the lads were all friendly. They have some lovely tables and tons of choice in the shop. I would jot hesitate to purchase from All In Stone again.”

“Me and my partner stayed over for a night. We was really pleased with the service. Charlotte was outstanding with her service. Very very happy customers to say the least. Charlotte deserves a pay rise. Also have to say we was assisted also by lovely woman called Jo and she was also just very polite and helpful. 2 lovely people thanks for the service. “You get what you pay for is it a Hilton no but it’s cheap central and comfy. The room was clean no complaints easy access 24/7 reception. Hot water and nice staff. If your coming for WHP or and concerts it’s cheap and it does the job. DO NOT SHARE A ROOM WITH SOMEONE YOU NOT COMFORTABLE BEING NAKED AROUND the shower isn’t in a separate room. However, if your good mates or in a relationship and looking for a cheap nights stay that’s clean and has a bed it’s the place.”

“Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were outstanding and hospitable, the bar next to the lobby had a welcoming, cozy feel, wonderful menu and lovely rooms. I'm not sure about some of the complaints on the size, it seemed average to me, but it was very clean which is high on my importance list, as was the rest of the hotel. This hotel is away from the city bustle a bit, but a lot of trees around the property make it very relaxing and a pleasure to escape the traffic. My only feedback is the vegan sausage in the morning was freezer burned and a little bland, they can be tossed in oil & seasoning to add flavor, but fresh/defrosted is best. My veg pizza was wonderful, so was the veg burger. Great buffet in morning. Outstanding staff professionalism in housekeeping and lobby.”
