“Fantastic professional service received yesterday by Chris. My Husband hates shopping for shoes as he has little patience trying on shoes that rarely fit him from the usual High Street stores. He needed a new pair of Brogue Shoes and he had observed the staff from outside this store attending to a customer and he had been in to the store and was very impressed. After almost an hour, of trying on shoes, we eventually found the right shoes, with fitting and expert advice from Chris. My Husband was very happy with his birthday present of the Loake Edward Brogue Shoes in the beautiful Mahogany colour. We will definitely be back for another pair of shoes or boots as this experience was well worth the trip in to Manchester. Please keep up your good work and your exceptional service.”

“I purchased a bosch built in microwave oven yesterday which has now replaced my old bosch 10 Yr old one perfectly and matches the oven. I visited the Oldham store with my wife and spoke to a knowledgeable gentleman called Dan who gave us him time and answered any questions we had. He was very helpful and pleasant. Dan said John would phone me back to check stock in the warehouse the following morning which sure enough he did and he said my microwave oven was ready to collect. I went down to the store straight away to collect and another gentleman carried the microwave and put it into my car after I paid. The gentleman who carried it out also had a nice manor about him and the young lady who was in on Sunday with Dan also was pleasant and talkative. I would recommend this company to anyone and as I have been in retail sales all my working life this kind of service is sadly not available everywhere. Some of the Iceland Supermarket Products are excellent value for money, for example the Frozen Pizza, Hunter's Chicken including the Frozen Vegetables available like Garden Peas, Broccoli, Sweet Baby Carrots, Baby Spinach & Mixed Veg Packs. Also fine for Frozen Fish & Seafood & some Fish Meals. They sell a Decent size Bag of Frozen Seafood which contains Mussels, King Prawns & Squid Rings that is ideal for cooking Sicilian Seafood Linguine Pasta. Not too busy Midweek but it is Busy Friday, Saturday. So, some fine economical item choices for a Small Budget.”

The atmosphere is excellent and when you arrive and enter the premises, you are quickly (and warmly) greeted with a friendly smile and a helpful Employee. As a Disabled Person, I found the layout, set-up and arrangement of the furniture easily navigable with ample room to move around. I have not encountered a more helpful Staff when visiting a Restaurant and my opinion of them is that they are of the highest calibre and quality. I wish to express my personal, sincere and heartfelt thanks to Waiter 'V' and the Manager. They (both) are extremely personable, professional, friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming. They gave me their time and were genuinely interested and could not have done more to help me. I cannot praise them enough. Their conduct, behaviour, attitude and persona(s) shall keep me coming back to [and frequenting] this Establishment often. The food is of the highest quality, but you'll just have to take my word on that and go and sample [it] for yourself! You won't regret it... I don't want to spoil the surprise! The table(s) are far enough apart so as to maintain a conversation without feeling overlooked or eavesdropped on. The Establishment is clean and the decor is tasteful. “I've purchased a battery a year ago from carparts4less and when it died this week their customers service told me to go to an Eurocarparts of my choice to exchange for a new one under warranty, they have even took the initiative to email me a VAT receipt to show at the desk.
