The reception staff were very polite and professional as I was booked in. The porter who took me to my room was very nice and explained everything to me. All the nursing and catering staff were professional and caring making this a less stressful experience. I can’t praise Mr Zeiton enough. Both he and the anaesthetist visited me in my room and fully explained everything that was going to happen. When I was shown down to the operating theatre I was instantly put at ease and the procedure was completed without any stress or worry. The aftercare was fantastic and Mr Zeiton showed me what he’d done after having an X-ray the following day. I was discharged with everything I needed and I had full knowledge of what to do and when my next appointments were. The physio staff made sure I was fit to leave and knew what exercises to do before my appointment. The whole experience was made better with being made to feel valued and cared for from walking in the door to walking out.”

“Easiest way to put this is life changing. I struggled with my hair as an 18 year old loosing my natural hairline and my corners going back at such a young age. They greeted me with open arms where every staff member was welcoming and so nice, especially dean where it was like seeing your mate every time you went back. I got the red light treatment which was completely safe to do. I took certain pills with no side effects and now my confidence is at an all time high. “Appointment availability was very fast, lots of locations available, which was a relief after trying another company for a thyroid scan and being told it's a "specialist" scan so there isn't many clinics in the country that can do it. The room was clean, the sonographer was friendly, thorough and kind and reassuring. I had to chase the results the next day and there was a little confusion over whether the scan was private or nhs but once it was cleared up the results were sent over rapidly, images and a report, which had drastically sped up my care with my gp. Never been private for anything before but was a positive experience.”

“I’m very happy with the service I receive from Bramhall Health Centre. I’ve been with them since 1982. After Covid things were not good for a while but I think that applied to all GP practices and I know a lot of people left then. However everything is back on track and both receptionists, nurses, physios and GPs are very helpful and efficient. They were amazing when I desperately needed urgent care. I’m glad I stayed with them and highly recommend. Five stars from me and a big thank you .”
