“Such a lovely place. Wonderful food, volunteers, people and atmosphere. There is a nice store that sells nice wine, soaps, salt, jewellery, greeting cards including wooden greetings cards, chutney, tea, jams..and many more. For me, it's love at first sight.”

“Been having trouble for few weeks trying to return something through Yodel collection from Home Pickup. Been to a few local stores to try and return it & all of them straight away said “no” because the package is too big. “The shop is lovely and the staff very helpful. I am very disappointed in the foam cleaning sticks. I have been buying these for years, but won't buy again. The foam is so inferior it doesn't even survive one cleaning job before it breaks down. Also I bought the air fryer cleaner. Read the instructions not to be used on the element. This is the part that needs cleaning. Everything else is easy with a damp cloth.”

“Good place to grab a coffee, latte, cappuccino or thier unique turkish coffee blend served in a copper pot they will never give you a reason to complain. The place is always busy (which is a good sign) and is always clean. It has a good seating area with tables outside also. The hot drinks are always amazing. Overall a good place to sit and relax for a while. Customer service is good too.”

“One of the most unspoken things about any cafe is the level of service. Today I was served by Jodie. She was upbeat, smiling and an absolute example of how to show up to a customer. She may go through her day with no one mentioning it, but a smile is catching. Thanks Jodie. You never know when or who might need your lightheartedness. Oh and Nero’s … they do a delicious Vegan Raspberry croissant, which I highly recommend.”

“This is a generally busy Nero coffee shop located near Manchester Royal Hospital and Manchester University. It is very close to the Whitworth Gallery. I like the coffee in Nero coffee shops. It is generally consistent. The staff in this particular branch are always friendly and helpful with good service. They keep the place tidy. My only criticism is that like many Nero Coffee shops the furniture is looking somewhat tired and in need of a refresh.”

“Prices a little pricey but for location probably about right went in last night 27/10 to see a friend who's band was playing and have to say what an atmosphere and great crowd. From staff to everyone in there they were all great and lovely people. Chatted to loads of strangers old and young alike all super nice I'll be back to see my friend play again”
