I went in to collect an eBay parcel, but the seller hadn’t provided enough information for Argos to notify me it was ready. Ryan, the store manager, stepped in straight away to help. He listened to my issue, located the parcel after a thorough search, and even stayed on the phone with eBay for ages to sort it out. Despite how busy it is during the Christmas rush, he remained polite, cheerful, and incredibly helpful. Ryan is a credit to Argos, and the store should be proud to have such a fantastic manager.
