“Had our sofa delivered today by John and Jake, and the service was absolutely outstanding! We were worried it wouldn’t fit through the door, but they reassured us straight away and handled everything with total confidence. They laid blankets down to protect the floors and door frames, and manoeuvred the sofa in perfectly without a single mark. Both were incredibly professional, friendly, and genuinely great to chat with. Service this good is rare these days. Fantastic sofa and a delivery experience that deserves a full 10/10!”

They always go that extra mile for me Lindsey and Gary who are the managers are absolutely fantastic so supportive and helpful. I always say thank you to both them and there staff at Christmas with a box of chocolates and card. Just to show a little appreciation back for all the do all year round for me. Negative comments I see is beyond me, but unfortunately you can't please everyone and some people I've seen going in can be so rude to the staff but they stay very professional I'm dealing with those people. It isn't there fault if the prices they offer aren't what they expect. They do there upmost best to help everyone and give what they can with reason to still be able gain a little bit off profit. That's what a good business does. If have gold I definitely say this a time to sell if had for years just lying around or broken. They give best prices. I've sold a lot over the years and also bought many bits from them too. So overall everything they do an offer is great. Thank you as always for all that you do all year ☺️”

“It's a returns shop so went in for a fridge freezer and an under counter fridge both were new but a bit banged up if you don't care about that and just want something that does the job then great, you can get a good price, otherwise would suggest a normal Currys.”

I was messed around with them for almost a week and because I got my warranty from argos I went in store and spoke to a lady who I believe is called Paige, she handled everything for me and spent over half an hour on the phone to them ensuring I had everything sorted. And on my behalf filed a complaints form. The epitome of good customer service”
