“Zero gravity has honestly changed my life in so many ways. I joined zero gravity just over a year a go with no confidence, no body strength and definitely a lot of extra weight. Since joining my confidence has improved dramatically, I have lost over 3 stone in weight and I still surprise myself every lesson with how much stronger I am. All the instructors are absolutely amazing! They fill you with so much confidence and are so helpful and encouraging. If there is anything you want to work on or improve on they are always there to help. They offer so many different types of workshops and classes from stretch to flow to handstands and believe me I have tried them all. My flexibility has progressed unbelievably since joining there stretch classes. There pole classes are so enjoyable and everyone is so encouraging of each other. It feels just like a family. They even offer private classes where you can choose areas to work on or help with progression. There is literally something for everyone! Absolutely love being a Gravity Girl!”

“17th March 2025. Had a desperate need to use the facilities at Woodhouse Park Lifestyle Centre at Wythenshawe. Had a very warm welcome, from Michaela, Danielle and Sally. They explained to me about the centre and the services they offer and I was quite impressed. I could see they were working there hoping to make a difference, and I could see it was working. Worth a visit to see what is on offer, you will be very welcome. Keep up the good work girls x”

“Really friendly, clean soft play. Good value for money. Entry fee wasnt bad at all I think i paid £6.50 for me and 1 year old. Ive paid more elsewhere for less and cheaper down the road for an absolutely filthy soft play so I was massively pleased. Staff were really nice. Great, large area for little ones I think it was under 3s? But a few older kids came in and were sliding down into the ball pit where my 1 year old was. Maybe could be staffed a little more closely but ultimately thats the parents fault. I just wish there was a few more options for food and drinks.”

“Super honest and super helpful.Had passed by this shop few times , decided to walk in to check for a pair or badminton shoes . Mo was super helpful and very knowledgeable, he made me comfortable and never tried to sell but explained my choices and the product features , ended up buying a pair of amazing Salming Venom shoes , by far the best court shoes I had used and I got it for a fantastic prices , even lesser than online price, most importantly there the human touch where my requirements was considered and right guidance was given by Mo. Will definitely recommend and will revisit for stringing service.”
