“We needed somewhere to crash for an extended period of time before a flight. The staff here were very helpful when we arrived. We can not fault the guy on the phone and the lady on site for how good they were to us. The room was a lot more spacious than expected and it had the cricket test on the telly. The bed wasn’t amazing, but the room was cheap so we were not expecting the Ritz. We got lunch nearby at San Carlo, which was very close and tasty.”

“Update Sep 2023: The chilli chicken ramen was back to not being sweet, which was great. Also the service to be seated was better and I didn't notice the chefs talking. Overall a much better experience. Original: The chilli chicken ramen was sweeter than I remember, which I didn't like, though the ingredients themselves tasted fresh. It took me a while to be seated even though there was no queue. I could hear the personal conversations of the chefs too from where I was seated which I'd rather not have done whilst eating. Paying by QR code worked fine though I'd rather have the option not to give my name and email details to do so.”

“Had the Superstar burger and mac & cheese bites at Archie’s in Manchester Airport. The burger was very good – juicy with a great bun, much better than a lot of other places. I wasn’t a fan of the mac & cheese bites, but overall I really enjoyed the food and the vibe of the place. This was my second time at Archie’s, the first being at the Trafford Centre. If you haven’t tried it yet, definitely give it a go!”

“It was decent. I didn't see that the food had a sauce ranch sauce. I don't like sauce i think it's just a cheap way to disguise bad food. So i sent the food back. “Really enjoyed the food here, we made an incorrect order as we didn’t know the Thai green curry didn’t come with Chicken as a default, but they quickly allowed us to change it. Was incredibly spicy but really great, chicken burger with slaw set us on our way for our onwards journey. Bit pricey, but much better than your standard airport fare.”
