“I recently completed Umrah with my mother under the guidance of Heritage Umrah/Mayar Travel and I would like to commend the team for their professionalism and exceptional level of care throughout the journey. Our group leader, Amr, demonstrated outstanding organisation and attentiveness from the outset. He provided clear and consistent guidance during the performance of Umrah, ensuring I was supported and fully informed at each stage. When my mother required a wheelchair to complete her Umrah, Amr arranged this with great efficiency and consideration, allowing her to participate comfortably and with dignity. During my time in Makkah, I experienced a period of illness, and Amr provided valuable assistance by accompanying me to the hospital and facilitating my treatment. His calm approach and reliability offered significant reassurance to both me and my mother. The ziyarah visits were also well structured, with ample time allocated for reflection and prayer. Every aspect of the itinerary was managed with care and professionalism, contributing to a smooth and spiritually fulfilling experience. Overall, I found Mayar Travel to be a highly organised and trustworthy company. Amr’s leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to the wellbeing of each pilgrim were evident throughout. “As a new golfer, I first went to Richard for a club fitting. I was immediately impressed by the data analysis he presented to me after I tested a number of different brands and models of irons. This allowed us to make an informed decision when choosing the set to order. Once my set of irons arrived I initiated my first block of lessons at The Golf School. As anyone will know who plays golf, there are so many elements to a golf swing but the highly technical launch monitors, camera systems and teaching aids that Richard uses at his facility really help you to understand your swing and see the impact when you make changes. When things don’t go so well you can more easily identify which area you need to work on too. The indoor facilities allow you to continue with lessons and practice no matter what the weather, enabling further improvement throughout the winter season when you might otherwise have not been out as much as you would have liked. Richard is a great communicator and he ensures you have a clear understanding of his teaching. He is informative and friendly and delivers his lessons in a relaxed environment. I am incredibly pleased with the progress I have made since having lessons with Richard and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to improve their game technically but also psychologically.”

“We have ordered food from Great Indian kitchen quite a number of times and have always been a happy customer. We love their food so much that we opted for their catering service for our daughter’s baptism event. Everyone loved the food and it was a pure delight. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good Indian tea specially their chicken Hyderabadi and Samosa which are almost like Delhi style.”

“Great food whether you want home baking, an Italian special or just a bacon sandwich. Thoroughly recommend the cappuccino with a double shot of espresso (think big flat white). Lovely atmosphere and dog friendly too. Can't recommend too highly.”

“British Hair Clinic- Altrincham is the place to go if you want a hair transplant! The whole process from the consultation to the procedure is very smooth and all the work staff are very knowledgeable and comforting. I had my hair transplant in May and had my free two PRP sessions which is included in the hair transplant price which is an added bonus. The aftercare is also second to none. The results are fantastic even after 6 months which gives you much more confidence, can't wait to see what the final results are after the 12 months is up. Not only that but she guided me through my jumbled thoughts and emotions supporting me in identifying how to move forward in the best way for myself and kids. Every session, she picked me up and helped me find the strength to carry on until things got better. She was there during the toughest moments. I highly recommend her to anyone who is faced with the challenges of divorce and the stress and confusion that brings.”

“Have been visiting this gorgeous spa for over 20 years, they are friendly and professional, beautiful spa and always so knowledgeable about the treatments and products, I wouldn’t and haven’t trusted anyone else to do my facials since first visiting here, can’t recommend enough , pedicures are the best iv ever had too. 5 Star spa in my eyes”

“I had no idea that Pilates would bring such amazingness into life! I love the teachers, the variety of exercises, the different levels available from beginner to advance. I love how I feel afterwards. My body is so much stronger, supple, flexible and without pain since I started at Equilibrium. I also feel and look slimmer and firmer and understand so much more about my body. Not only this but emotionally its a really healthy place - if I ever arrive feeling stressed with the day to day stuff that takes its toll, I always leave with this gone and feeling bright and cheery! The fresh salads from the salad bar were crisp and full of flavor, the fries were perfectly cooked and delicious, and the steaks were tender and juicy. To finish, the chocolate marquise was absolutely divine – the perfect dessert! Highly recommend this place for both quality food and great atmosphere.”

“Robina and John are the most wonderful neighbours to have over the road from Hive Stores. They both work very hard to bring a lot more joy and creativity to the neighbourhood and are always willing to help where they can. The waiting room cafe has the best value full English around and the engine room is set to become a great creative hub. Whilst enjoying breakfast on our day off we conversed with familiar faces from the local neighbourhood who were enjoying crafts and socialising in a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you Robina and John for always helping, making us laugh and generally being authentic people. You've created a great space!”

“What an amazing B&B. Sharon and Dave were simply wonderful hosts, with my family descending on them for the weekend for a nearby wedding. The beautiful flowers on the door were a good omen that we were in safe hands. The decor in the cottage was lovely and the whole place was well maintained. Sharon did a great job providing breakfast for all of us and they made us feel very welcome. It was a lovely break from urban life, would definitely recommend to others and I'd happily stay there again!”

From our first initial enquiry, right through to the wedding day itself Any questions we had were dealt with quickly. They put us at ease and let us enjoy the day. We couldn’t recommend The Bowdon Rooms enough for a wedding. A beautiful unique venue. Our guests were blown away, and we’ve had nothing but compliments since.”

“After our holiday was cancelled this morning due to the global IT issues, we headed to Admiral in Cheadle to save our holiday and they did just that! Amanda was great, she trawled through so many options, destinations, dates and airports to try and get us away this week - took all the stress away from our morning ordeal, checked us in, everything sorted and fir a good price too. Chris, bless him bought us a bottle of wine to cheer us up, so very thoughtful. Definitely will be a returning customer, friendly and efficient service with some great recommendations. THANK YOU!!!”

“I had an excellent experience with this Chinese takeout restaurant. The food was freshly prepared, flavorful, and arrived hot and on time. Their menu offers a great variety of dishes, and the portions were generous. The staff was courteous and efficient, making the entire ordering process smooth and pleasant. Personally, my favorite is the young chow fried rice. For anyone that would want to check this place out I highly recommend this dish! 10/10 must try again!”

“Such a nice little pub to unwind, especially if you don’t want anything crazy for the night but just enjoying a drink with friends and have a great meal. Food is really nice and it came in fast. The staff is friendly and thoughtful. They have darts and table tennis so you can enjoy a game while at it too! Recommend.”

“Dining at Brasserie Blanc was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay at the Delta Hotel. From the moment we stepped inside, the beautifully designed interior transported us to a different world. The space is bathed in natural light, creating an atmosphere that’s both elegant and uplifting. Despite not having a reservation, the staff welcomed us with warmth and generosity, even seating us in what must be the best spot in the house. The customer service was nothing short of exceptional—genuine, attentive, and effortlessly accommodating. The food was absolutely divine. We started with the Dressed Devon Crab and the Pan-Fried Sea Bream, both bursting with fresh, vibrant flavors and perfectly presented. Paired with a bottle of their delicious white wine, it was a meal to remember. So memorable, in fact, that we ended up enjoying a second bottle as we lingered over dessert. Speaking of dessert—what a treat! The Wye Valley Rhubarb Crumble was the perfect balance of tart and sweet, while the Pistachio Soufflé was light, airy, and full of flavor. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Brasserie Blanc is not just a restaurant—it’s an experience we’ll fondly remember and gladly recommend. Can’t wait to return!”

“This is a lovely restaurant. Went on a Saturday night around 8pm and it was busy but not overly busy. Servers are attentive and food and drink was served quickly. The prices are very good for what you get. Added bonus is that you can take your own wine/drink in (I don’t drink however they do serve soft drinks) Food is well cooked and there’s lots of it to choose from. Went for a few small plates and a large main (Lamb Shawarma). Well worth a visit.”

“If there was an option for 6 stars, this pub would get it. Came here after a walk in the area and walked in to friendly staff and a warm fire. It was a weekday so not so busy we got a table straight away. You think it can't get better. It does. The pie was amazing, mash was amazing and gravy was amazing too. Such lovely food we had to get dessert and that was, as predicted, amazing. Can't wait to come back here again and try the other food on the menu, really exceptionally good pub to come.”
