Really well thought through and executed sessions, With fantastic toys and accessories, always tailored to that weeks book. Cannot recommend these sessions and Hannah (who organises them) more highly, and we have already signed up for the next term!”

“I had a niggling toothache on my wisdom tooth for a few weeks now i was in pain everytime I took a bite. I rang the emergency dentist and chose this place as they did earlies and I was off work anyway. I drove 50 mins to get there near enough the motorway. Has plenty of parking space. Receptionist was so nice and polite and I paid for my visit and was told to wait for the dentist. The dentist guy was relatively young and very knowledgeable you could tell he cared and he spoke softly and made me feel at ease and supported. Sorry if forgot your names guys I apologise for that I blame my age I am getting on ABIT lol I told him what was wrong and described what kind of pain I was going through. He x-rayed my mouth and also told me that the tooth in question was all but gone as in there is no coming back or restoring to it's good old days. He said it needs pulling out and I was given the option of keeping it or taking it out. As I was in constant pain for the past few years I just couldn't handle that pain for a day longer and told him I wanted it out to which he replied we can do that. Laid me down and gave me anaesthetic numbed the area and literally when ready he took it out painlessly and I literally felt like all my pains gone although I was still under anaesthetic in my mind I was ecstatic. He put a cloth in my mouth and asked me to sit outside for ten mins so my bleeding stopped and he was happy for me to be on my way, that showed he cared for his patients because normally other places they just do the job and say right we are done and off you go but here the standard of care was shown. He the dentist sat me down and gave me very good advice to which I will take on board as I am suffering from gum disease of years of smoking but I've quit got over two years now. Anyway just want to say what a credit the young dentist and his assistant were. So friendly and you can tell it's their passion to help patients. Gave me loads of confidence just by being in the room with them. Kept asking me if I was ok which was so good. Thank you once again guys and it was definitely worth the drive there. I'm in comfort now nomore pain and I will do everything to reverse my gum disease and maintain the rest of my teeths.”

“Visited here today and had a great meal. The Gurkha beer is really nice, I told myself I'd only have one as they're 660ml but I ended up having 2 as they were so good. Ended up having the mixed main as a starter but if I went again I'd just have several portions of the lamb chops, the rest of the meat was very nice (quite spicy for anyone worried about spice) but the lamb chops were amazing. Had the duck masala main and the lamb Gurkha curry, would highly recommend the Gurkha Curry it was fantastic, the duck was nice it's different than most Curries so if you want something more aromatic it's something to try. Bread was nice, poppadoms nice and the chutneys were good too. Between 2 of us spent £77 but had separate sides, rice's and effectively 3 main courses and a couple of beers/soft drinks so I'd say it was good value for the quality and quantity of meat. Give it a try, you won't regret it.”

“Visited the store to buy new running trainers as I was experiencing foot pain. Charlotte and the team were truly amazing. They took time to try many different shoes but the best thing was the detailed knowledge of all the brands and the problem I had. Using gait analysis we found the right shoes. We were not rushed and they were so patient letting me try loads of pairs on the treadmill.”

“Cocktails were 10/10!! It’s hard to make a delicious Pornstar Martini but they so good we went back for seconds!! Lovely atmosphere and our server V was very friendly and made the best cocktails! Cant wait to go back! So good to have a local fab cocktail bar!!”

“The young lady that served us was brilliant so helpful lovely and so helpful. The food was fantastic highly recommended the halal breakfast and my friend loved the omelette. The Earl gray tea came in the most wonderful tea pot and was fantastic. My friend loves the coffees so much has two cups every time. If you have never been you have to try you will not be disappointed I guarantee it. We will be coming once a week from now on may be more. I have to say that the toilets hear are really clean and the double seats one for adults and a second for children shows a real family cafe.”

“I had my wedding here last weekend and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!!!! The day was everything we hoped for and so so much more, and so much of that is down to the freedom the venue gave us to do things exactly how we wanted and the BRILLIANT staff!!!! I cannot recommend this venue enough - We had our wedding breakfast, speeches and evening reception there, and it was all just amazing. “I’ve been visiting most mornings and so far, so good. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, the swimming pool is excellent, and the gym staff are friendly and helpful. Changing rooms are decent, and The Cove next door is great for a sauna after a workout. The only small downside is the car park, which can get busy at peak times, although early mornings are fine. Overall, a great gym and pool with everything you need.”

“Can’t recommend Shay Trainor highly enough. I had a running injury a few months ago and went to see a physio in London who was unable to diagnose the issue but thought it was related to my hip. I was left unsure how to progress. I went to see Shay today who has assessed it as a piriformis syndrome and given me some exercises to work on. I am so relieved to have a diagnosis and also to have received expert advice on how to get back into running and fitness. A huge thank you to Shay. Your help is greatly appreciated.”
