“I had an issue with a Snug delivery and could not get in touch with them. Mandy at the Wilmslow store went out of her way to sort it out for me and I now have another date this week. She is so friendly and even though I have not bought anything from her shop did not hesitate to help me! I live in Stockport but if I did reside in the Wilmslow area I would go and thank her personally. Unfortunately I do not drive. She is a true professional and so kind and helpful.”

“I live in Nottinghamshire and needed flowers sending to someone in Alderley Edge, I found Chelsea Flowers online. The recipient isn't regularly at the address so I discovered Chelsea Flowers could deliver vouchers instead. This was all done very smoothly, I appreciated the photograph of the beautifully wrapped voucher being handed in. Highly recommended, thank you very much.”

“We visited Baby Loves after seeing great recommendations a few months into our pregnancy and placed an order of the Bugaboo Donkey 5. The customer service throughout and since has been incredible from the owners taking their time to respond to emails whilst away on their honeymoon to being so accommodating with our girls being born early and having to reschedule things. We have been kept in contact with the whole process and all at Baby Loves have been so compassionate to our situation it’s made our journey that little bit easier. “Booked a slot this morning at Peloton in John Lewis Cheadle with Hannah to learn about the Peloton bike in more detail. Hannah was fantastic at explaining the bike and app and spending over an hour answering my questions. I never felt any pressure to purchase and left the store to think about it. I ended up walking back in half and hour later to order my bike. Exceptional customer service and support!”

“Since my review below, management have reached out to me and have confirmed their cutlery and crockery is recyclable hence I will add another star to my review. Many thanks for response. Very interesting place for breakfast or lunch in Cheadle. This cafe is definitely a positive addition to the Cheadle community - making it feel more like some of the cafes in Didsbury. It is very clean and had a nice friendly atmosphere. The manegment adhere to the Jewish community, hence this cafe is closed on a Saturday. You will find lots of nice things on the menu and everything is well presented and clean as stated above. The reason I can't give this more than the 4 stars, is based on the disposable plates, knifes and forks and coffee / tea cups. I imagine on a good day this Cafe must go through a lot of disposable waste. Not sure if any of this is recyclable (but I have no proof) so effectively this cafe could contribute to world pollution (perhaps comments from management will put me right on this issue). It would be good to have notices saying the cutlery , crockery is all recyclable as this would get another star from me. And lastly but not leastly there is only one Vegan option on the menu. As we all know Veganism is on the rise and it is always good to have more Vegan options on the menu. On the other hand for the Jewish community it isn't an essential - but for the public it might be. In conclusion I would recommend this place as it gives a fresh look to the Cheadle community and it is clean. Worth a visit if you are in Cheadle.”

“Great shopping experience with Running Bear. Ordered online but due to a technical problem the wrong shoes were sent. Matt sent a pre-paid returns label through straight away and held onto the correct pair until my order was returned. It makes such a difference when you can get through straight away and the problem is resolved in less than 5 minutes. Looking forward to shopping with them again.”
