Liz and Shannon (from the two Manchester Selfridges stores) were very attentive - they have taken the time to understand my style and made personalized recommendations that perfectly matched my taste. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a thoughtful little gift from the staff - it truly made me feel appreciated as a customer! ☺️ I can’t recommend Sandro enough!”

Which is why for the first time in my life I am compelled to write this review about the exceptional service my husband and I received at Pinko's concession in Harvey Nichols. Christiana the manager was so helpful to my husband and guided him through the entire experience. She was resourceful and considerate. Made someone who doesn't like shopping LOVE shopping for his wife. I can't thank her enough. When we arrived in store her team (clearly well trained) Crislaide and Sitong could not have made someone who is going through 'the change' us ladies do at a certain age feel more at ease. “Had a great experience with Reclaimed Brick-Tile, James welcomed us to the showroom and was helpful with samples. We placed an order a few days later and I went to the factory to collect a week later, the lads there were very friendly and helpful with my order all packed up and ready to go, they showed me some more sample walls and even let me see how they cut the bricks! “I've been wanting to get pierced here for a long time now, and they did not disappoint!! Marcus changed my daith out a few weeks ago and was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice to help with my inflammation. Kitty pierced my seconds and thirds today and did an amazing job! I will definitely be coming back for more piercings in the future. Also, the whole front desk team did a great job helping me pick out my jewellery and even gave me a discount since I bought so many! I highly recommend coming here if you need some high-quality piercings from a friendly team!”

“I went to Coal and Cotton twice within two weeks, first time with husband and sister in law, was atclynch time, so not too noisy, as it was lunch time. The atmosphere was quite but still lovely so you could talk. Went the second week with a friend for tea in the evening, was alot busier but still not too busy, so it was still a lovely atmosphere. The food is always lovely, I just think the main potions don't have to be so large. The only thing I was gutted was I forgot to use my loyalty card, I just think it would be a good idea if a member of staff could ask if you have a loyalty card.”

“Lovely oasis of calm (no pun intended) in the midst of Heaton Park tucked away from the busier and noisier playground and lake areas. Good food, reasonably priced served by friendly staff. Well behaved dogs on leads welcome outdoors (not inside). And you can pick up some lovely plants from the garden centre on the way out!”
