“I came to the Manchester branch of Prestige Pawnbrokers for the first time today. I didn't know what to expect as I've never sold anything before & didn't know if id get ripped off or not. I was seen by Leanne and she was so lovely & honest & explained every step of the way what she was doing. Im guessing I got the best price I could have got but whatever Leanne as well as the other staff were really friendly & made me feel comfortable as I was feeling quite nervous & emotional inside due to the nature of the sale. You can call her with a description of the type of arrangement that you want and Anita will go over and beyond to see that you are never disappointed. This week she created the most incredible Wreath for my Aunt who sadly passed away and I was blown away by the incredible work, love and intricate detail that Anita put into the project. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately by Deivy, who welcomed me with a warm smile and invited us to sit down to view some of the watches on display. Even after my visit, I received a detailed follow up email with all the information I had requested, and Deivy reached out personally to ensure all my questions were answered. Although I did not find my dream watch on this occasion, the level of service and care I received from Deivy was exceptional. “Building management and reception are always friendly. Only place to park is the car park opposite which is owned by the council and limited to 3 hour stay and they are quick on the fines if you go over that. Alternatively there is a tesco next to the building which also has a 3 hour policy. Hope I can save a ticket or 2 with this info.”

“Was a bit sceptical reading some reviews after booking first but I must say I was really pleased, I got a text day before the appointment to confirm a morning booking then on the day another text to say the engineer was on his way. On his arrival I found him very pleasant and he replaced my old radio satnav out and replaced it with my new in car entertainment system then went through every app to make sure everything was set up he put all my contacts in via Bluetooth and set up WiFi etc. Really satisfied .”
