“We came to eat at the cafe last night for my daughter's birthday treat before a stadium tour today. Food was lovely and homemade, staff were so friendly and accommodating. We were greeted and served by Luize, Kate, and Sue who were all very warm, welcoming, and inviting. “Great place to go for bits & bobs, you name it they probably sell it from paint to curtains to sweets toys garden furniture and plants. There's free parking right outside the door and you are on a retail park with plenty of other shops so there's something for everybody the staff are great in Wilko very helpful and seem to know their stuff. Its great One Stop Shop for all the family for our ages.”

“We have visited this store many times and have always been pleased with the products and the polite, friendly and helpful staff, but today (04/09/25) we felt that one member of staff, Emily, was particularly helpful, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. She helped us find one item and we were looking for another that we had seen online, she found there was only one in stock but not where it would have been expected, however she searched, enquired with other staff, and found the item we wanted. “I am in love amazing value for money paid £1100 for x8 chairs and 2m marble dinning table + £200 assembly which you could not do yourself it’s so so heavy the 2 men that delivered was nothing short of outstanding so polite spoke to me and my daughter and husband with the upmost respect and treated our property as a palace they had been out delivering since 11pm the night before !! And was nothing but happy and enthusiastic the company dealt with me and my 100 phone calls so well I get very anxious and needed constant re assurance which they provided I would highly recommend can not wait to order more stuff I am using 6 chairs at the table and 1 in my room as a dressing table chair and the same in my daughters the quality is unreal 5 star all round thank you so so much”

“I ordered a single sofa bed which is great, but my 5 star review is for the Dunelm delivery service. Dunelm narrowed down the delivery slot to a 3 hour window the night before which was really helpful. Then on the day the driver called me one hour before to let me know their approximate delivery time, again so helpful! My chair was delivered by two really friendly people (I think they were called Sam and Dan, I didn't write their names down so hopefully I'm right). They were quick and efficient. They found my building immediately and the correct entrance (it's a large, old mill) without issue, this rarely happens. They also brought the chair in to the building and lift with no problem or complaints. It's honestly the quickest delivery of furniture to and in to my building I've ever experienced. I would definitely order large furniture to be delivered again from Dunelm.”

“This is one of those shops you nip in to buy a couple of things and you come out with a full basket. It is amazing I absolutely loved it, everything for the home and more. It also a cafe which is very nice and the staff are really polite and friendly. The store itself is well lit, clean and it is easy to find everything you are looking for. In fact I found more than I was actually looking for but that is just a bonus. Well worth a visit and I will definitely visit again.”

“I often go out of my way to walk a little bit extra to visit this Costa as I find it a much nicer location than any of the other city centre branches! I'd been wanting to try the tandoori bhaji flatbread for a while but had tried 3 other Costas in Manchester and had no luck. Went to Bridge Street and got one straight away. The staff are always super friendly, the location is more peaceful than others in the city centre and it's always been clean when I've nipped in for a coffee or lunch. This is one of my favourite Costa branches and I would highly recommend visiting this one.”
