Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately by Deivy, who welcomed me with a warm smile and invited us to sit down to view some of the watches on display. Deivy went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. He proactively consulted with specialists, brought out additional pieces for me to try, and was attentive and patient throughout. At no point did I feel pressured to make a purchase instead, he was genuinely focused on helping me explore options and find my dream watch. His professionalism, courtesy, and understanding were truly commendable. Even after my visit, I received a detailed follow up email with all the information I had requested, and Deivy reached out personally to ensure all my questions were answered. Although I did not find my dream watch on this occasion, the level of service and care I received from Deivy was exceptional. He exemplifies the highest standards of customer service, and I would highly recommend asking for him when visiting the store.”

I went in, told her my budget and what I wanted and several pieces were brought out to my specs. I'm a wheelchair user and the shop is very accessible. There is a gentle ramp into the shop, and the door was opened by the person who served me. I sat in my wheelchair to look at the options. There was no pressure to buy but I did find the perfect pendant for my friend's birthday, and it was beautifully gift-wrapped for no extra charge. I highly recommend this lovely independent jewellers. Service with a smile and a friendly conversation is not available online. Please do consider supporting this shop for all your jewellery needs.”

“Large wholesale store. They cater mainly for plus size and one size only clothing. Huge selection of everything related to women clothes. From T-shirts to winter coats, they have it all. Staff is friendly and well informed. Everyone is wearing their mask and hand sanitiser is present. From what i saw on my last visit, they keep expanding so i hope to see even more styles. Keep up the good job.”
