“Our little one had the time of his life and loved every minute of it. Even as parents we were impressed with the facilities/ quality of play equipment, they sell a wide range of food and lovely seating area by the cafe that has plenty of high chairs. The tables are spaced out to allow for pushchairs/buggies. They have a role play section with plenty of soft play equipment etc. for under 5’s. Our little one loved the different sensory areas. The whole place kept him entertained for hours! We visited a second time on the way home. We only wish we had one closer to us down south as we are based in Sussex.”

“I stayed at The Lamb Inn for one night with a friend while visiting the Peak District. We arrived late, but the staff were very accommodating and provided us with the keys right away. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was absolutely amazing—definitely a highlight of our stay. The only minor issue was that the shower leaked at the bottom, so the water didn’t drain properly. Other than that, everything was great. The inn is conveniently located for exploring the Peak District, though you will need a car to get around. We even spotted some Highland cows nearby, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay—I’d happily recommend it for a visit to the area.”

“What an absolutely, fantastic, amazing place adorable tots is. From our first visit, were we looked around the beautiful showroom to the help and advise we received. We choose a complete pram package and a complete furniture package. The attention to every detail is second to none I’ve ever received before. To today when we collected our things. The owners take so much time showing you everything, we left knowing exactly how the pram fully functions with the different parts and the car base and seat was correctly installed. Adorable tots offer the whole baby experience from choice, advice, safety and great value. It really exceeds five stars for customer service”

“Spent a nice sunny Sunday morning here and had a really good time. Our dog was absolutely enjoying the space! We unfortunately didn't find an accessible path down to the river so that was a disappointment, but I'm hoping to be able to go down to the river the next time around. Definitely recommend a visit to the park. It's very well kept and serene.”

The pizza is next level: thin, crispy bases with generous toppings that are both creative and surprisingly perfect together. “This is our Fifth time in here. Never failed. We had the Brunch menu, my Lily had crêpe and she said it is tastes like pancakes which she likes very much. And my Ami had a nice chicken burger. The crust was perfectly cooked, the toppings were fresh and full of flavour, and everything tasted homemade with care. The service was also really friendly and welcoming. “Wow what a lovely place! We came here as a group of 18, the staff were very friendly and very accommodating. They gave us the choice of ordering from the a-la-carte menu or using the party menu - we decided to use the party menu as you got poppadoms, starter, main and side for £16 per person, which made things so much easier when it came to the bill. Everyone in our party commented and how good the food was. Excellent quality and very nice flavours. We liked the fact that the kitchen is on show and you can see the chefs preparing your meal. A great evening had by all, we will definitely be back!”

“This is a lovely restaurant. Went on a Saturday night around 8pm and it was busy but not overly busy. Servers are attentive and food and drink was served quickly. The prices are very good for what you get. Added bonus is that you can take your own wine/drink in (I don’t drink however they do serve soft drinks) Food is well cooked and there’s lots of it to choose from. Went for a few small plates and a large main (Lamb Shawarma). Well worth a visit.”
