We had looked around all the normal high street suppliers to get some ideas but were disappointed with the quality. Stephen was recommended to us by our builder, who had completed a few jobs with him recently. We initially booked Stephen for a free design, not really expecting too much, but when we met Stephen, he was professional, knowledgeable and did not try to sell us anything. Within a few days, he had sent us a no obligation video, which showed a 3D kitchen design with a full cost breakdown. We were so impressed that we met him again and he brought samples; the quality far exceeds anything you will find on the high street and the price was reasonable too. We now have the most amazing solid wood kitchen, with quartz worktops, fitted quickly and efficiently with full communication throughout the whole process. Absolutely brilliant service, I cannot recommend this Company enough.”

I don't regret a slightly and would buy again from Shane if needed.Unlike the major kitchen retail store, Shane was happy to help and replied to my enquiries. “Rushed in late on a Friday for a shower replacement as an Electrician. Suzanne was very patient and helpful with helping me to figure out what I needed. Not the closest hardware store but definitely the best.”

“We needed a new kitchen as ours had been in since 1995 We saw Wren had offers on so made an appointment to get started. We had a few appointments to select the kitchen that we wanted also for the measuring up. We chose a lovely cashmere colour for the units which we are really pleased with. The fitter came and gave us an estate as to how much it would cost to fit it all again we were pleased with the estimate. The work took longer than expected due to 2 items which were damaged and we had to wait a week for replacements The replacements arrived on time but had to wait for the fitter to come back as he was doing another job. He did what he could but then he didn't have enough up stand so again we had to order some and that was another week. We are very pleased with the kitchen and all 6 new appliances and the flooring We would recommend Wren”

“Yes it's true, ikea is a damn maze and I'm sure if they really searched around, they'd find several missing persons. Ikea is superb for offering a glimmer of inspiration to your new home or your existing one. Theres just so much to see and buy. Anything you see can be found in the warehouse. They're a huge food canteen serving low priced meals and mini shop selling frozen versions of their meals. We very much enjoyed our vist.”

“We're so pleased with our new kitchen from Magnet. It's the second Magnet kitchen we've had in 15 years. The original kitchen was so good, it's gone to a new home in Wilmslow! The design service provided by Sam and Michael was excellent and there was no pushy sales style anywhere to be seen. The kitchen was delivered on the day and time agreed, and was then installed by Ryan over the next 3 weeks. Ryan was also a joy to deal with and the finish of the kitchen is superb. We did have a couple of minor supply issues and these were resolved quickly and professionally by Natasha and Chris.... It's often the case that companies can best be judged by their response to problems. Thanks to the whole team in Sale and at the factory for a great customer experience.... And see you in 20 years!”
