“Bought grow house and some other items. Grow house very good quality and at an unbelievable price. Delivery really quick but one of the 4 parts got separated into transit. Courier admitted sending to wrong depot but arrived following day. Customer service very reassuring when told of the problem. Have recommended to friends already.”

“From the first telephone contact with My Fitted Bedroom to Malcoms face to face design visit to the ordering process and the final day of fitting we couldn’t have felt more in safe hands- Malcom listened to our needs and wants- guided us to the right design and look at a really good value for money price (much lower then feared) and in no time at all the fitters Bob and Brett came with an expected 2-3 day fitting period but completed it all carefully and beautifully in 1 day - no mess no fuss just prompt friendly helpful service from everyone involved- and we now have a fabulous bedroom with beautifully looking, perfectly fitted wardrobes and drawers that are great quality and meets all our needs. “We ordered a american lazy boy in April 2022 during a offer that was on, with the understanding to be delivered october. Delivery happened snd following day noticed some damage on the leather at the back. We spoke to customer service who gave us 3 options. Repair, money off or replace. We chose to replace as only had 1 day and was really expensive. They agreed, but as its made elsewhere then it would be january b4 they could replace which we were happy to do. Apart from communication between scs & their drivers, Today 28th Jan. We took delivery of the replacement and could not of gone any smoother. Both driver & mate were exceptional. We shopped around and really liked the Kitchenwide offering and their pricing was very competitive for a high quality, bespoke product. “Initially we had lot of apprehension about buying kitchen at Nolte, as we had not heard the name also had not got any friends who had installed it. All that was cleared once we went to Nolte, Wilmslow. Navid was our kitchen designer who helped from design, delivery and installation. He was really good, we had some hiccups as the building was not completed when the kitchen was delivered, Navid then arranged it to stored for us. There was some damages caused by delivery, Nolte were very kind to replace it and Paul, the fitter, came down on Saturday to fit the replacement. In whole Nolte worked as excellent team to deliver our beautiful kitchen!!!! Thanks to the team and special thanks to Navid and Paul.”

He was very patient with us and he answered all our questions without any hesitation. He even called his suppliers in Turkey and we were able to customise our order to meet our needs. “Fantastic. Saw a scs sofa on their eBay shop. Drove to their warehouse to view as I knew sofa was probably ex display scs and wanted to check it over. It was brand new and We paid one 3rd of the scs price and delivery was 6 days later (today 31st Jan 2018) To all moaning about delivery if you buy a new sofa from scs/dfs you wait 8 weeks as it needs to be shipped from China. Scs/dfs say 0% finance but the finance costs are hidden in price. We waited 6 days as they need to fill their van in area order to deliver. The driver even set up sofa in lounge and moved our older one into spare lounge. I'd recommend this company to my friends and family. Yes it's a discount warehouse full of all sorts of furniture and prices are reflected in that. They are not paying prime rent for shiny glass building on a modern retail park. Happy buyer. John.”
