“Went for a family 50th birthday, pre booked online which was very easy to do. Tables ready as we arrived, staff attentive, very friendly and looked after us all really well. Food is lovely, catered for all ages and requirements. Staff even presented me with a birthday card and a beautiful dessert trio . Highly recommend.”

“This place is in prestwich in Manchester. Very lovely place to eat good English food and a very good price and nice service with a good atmosphere. The person I took there enjoyed her dinner, and we also had a cocktail. They have customers, rest room, and very spotless.”

“Had a kids' meal, 4 oz burger and brownie with ice cream as desert, ABSOLUTELY LOVED BOTH. Size-wise was big enough even for me, so shared them with my boyfriend, who btw had fish and chips and was bananas about the sauce. Even mushy peas for the fish and chips had a nice twist to it. The meat on the burger tasted very nice, reminded of kebab, the ice cream in brownie was super tasty just on its own, and it all looked amazing. Totally worth it.”

“Diggle lock is a must visit in the Oldham/saddleworth area I’ve been lots of times it’s always great and the staff a super friendly. My favourite at the moment is the steak and eggs with halloumi on the side. The peach ice tea is a must try also!”

“We are regular customers with Cheers and always get home delivery, we have had one bad experience with the food. As regular customers, we know what we enjoy, and one time it just wasn’t tasteful, chips were frozen and the food standard was very poor. We considered never ordering again, but Micheal has absolutely rectified any doubts we ever had about ordering again. He personally took time to ensure if we were to order again, the food would be to high standards. I just want to say, they have absolutely smashed it out of the park this time. Everything was so perfect, the food was delivered personally, HOT and FRESH! Our usual order was even better than the usual standards, everything had a little extra and we are so so happy that the Bistro is back to the high standards we enjoy so much. “A recent restaurant change has been very positive. The breakfast/brunch menu is phenomenal, with an absolutely delicious range of choices especially the veggie breakfast with black pudding! Scrumptious Sunday roasts and a weekly burger night are really good value. Such a friendly place with great service. These local community based places are so important, locals should make the visit it's so worth it.”

“We went here for a family meal and had a fantastic time. The food was excellent and fairly priced, service friendly and efficient and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Vegans and vegetarians are well catered for and the cakes are lovely. We loved all the old railway themed memorabilia and equipment and our dog was welcome in the cafe.”

“A superb spot for a relaxed Sunday lunch, where dogs are very much welcomed. The food offering is to a very high standard, whilst not the lowest prices, the cost reflects the quality of the produce. All the staff I encountered were excellent and appeared to be very enthusiastic about what they are doing. Cleanliness couldn't be faulted in the public areas.”
