The service I received recently was outstanding; Lee and the team are amazing at what they do and so knowledgeable, as well as warm, kind and friendly! The atmosphere is really relaxed, nothing is too much trouble and everyone has a cracking sense of humour too. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish, I was kept informed throughout and my car looks like it is fresh out of the showroom - immaculate like nothing has happened! “Adam from South Manchester Heating did a superb job for us last week. This involved diagnosing and fixing the problem with our central heating. Adam called Worcester Bosch for us to explain the problem for them to come and check out the boiler (the next day!). Adam the replaced the pump and isolation valves (without draining the system!) and is also helping us sort out problems with our kitchen underfloor heating which has never worked properly. I have tried many other companies but trust the knowledgeable and experienced team at SMH to understand and sort the problems out. Highly recommended. Great job, thanks very much!”

“This place deserves 5 stars. Firstly upon entering the place was greeted by such a lovely and happy Chinese lady. They really do treat you like you are a valued customer. However regardless of this the food. Out of the hundreds of Chinese takeaways I've tried around the uk the food is the BEST. For my order I was told there would be a 15 minute wait. Yes they really did cook everything fresh. Even when I entered the building the lady was making something from scratch. When I got home the food was unbelievable. Sweet and sour chicken, the chicken batter still crispy it was so fresh. And it literally melted in my mouth. The ribs, crispy and extremely meaty, full of meat! The homemade spring rolls were the nicest I've ever tried. Unreal. And everything else we ate was just so fresh and full of flavour Another amazing thing, I didn't get that extreme thirst which you usually get from Chinese takeaways - most likely since the food is homemade and not from packets or jarred sauces. And lastly, pricing. I mean the prices are like they were years ago. Usually a £45 order cost us £29 today I honestly wish that this place gets the recognition it deserves because it really is the best in every possible aspect. Thank you so much pearl garden. “We stayed at Native Manchester for one night and I would definitely stay here again. For the price, it felt like excellent value compared to other options in the area, especially considering the size of the studio and the quality of reviews. Communication was seamless, I received WhatsApp updates throughout my journey, from details about the room number and PIN code to notifications that the room was ready and a reminder for check-out. The process was essentially self-service, though there is a reception available if needed. I found the whole system very streamlined and convenient. We parked at Dale Street car park, which cost around £20 for 24 hours, and from there it was just a short walk to the hotel. The building itself is really impressive, it used to be a cotton factory, and they’ve done a great job blending the original industrial character with modern design. We booked a studio apartment, which came with a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom had towels and toiletries (shampoo and shower gel), while the kitchen had all the day-to-day essentials, plus tea, coffee, and even a small bottle of milk in the fridge. There was also an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer in the room. The bed was very comfortable, big, and overall, the space felt well thought out and homely. One small piece of feedback from my partner is that a larger mirror, or a mirror in better lighting, would have been useful for doing hair and makeup. As well, it would have been useful if there was some tissues, like kitchen roll etc. All in all, the studio had everything we needed, the atmosphere was great, and I would happily recommend Native Manchester to anyone visiting the city.”

Piping hot food that is of a high standard. The portions aren’t too big, but enough to be able to enjoy everything we ordered. The garlic naan is so good, as are the curries. Very clean throughout, including the toilets, which I find incredibly important.”

“Good place to grab a coffee, latte, cappuccino or thier unique turkish coffee blend served in a copper pot they will never give you a reason to complain. The place is always busy (which is a good sign) and is always clean. It has a good seating area with tables outside also. The hot drinks are always amazing. Overall a good place to sit and relax for a while. Customer service is good too.”

“Great service, Was a little disappointed at first as what we were served did not look like the image on menu (in relation to size) however was immediately offered more- which resulted in us taking some back home. “I went with some friends to celebrate my brother's birthday. I have a lot of allergies, so I'm hard to find food for, but Peter gave me (and my brother) excellent service - he made me feel like, even though it was pretty hectic there, I was the only person he was serving in the room. Perfect! Also, Maggie (Mags?) did provide good service in giving us the food, checking we were all happy. Additionally, the food was pretty good. Finally, the restaurant was very busy , which is a sure sign of popularity!”

A special mention to Rob who went above and beyond for my family, making sure all the food and drinks were ok (I can confirm they were delicious). “The room was very clean and comfortable, basic amenities, bed very comfy. The house keeping was very good. The location for MRI hospital could not have been better. 10 minutes walk away. Local amenities good, petrol station, tesco, subway etc. Parking at the back of the travel lodge at a very reasonable price.”
