I went to Lucy with over 2 years of knee pain, constantly taking breaks between inflammation, running on a pain gauge, and getting no further with with an unsuccessful physio elsewhere, I felt like I was hitting a brick wall. After listening to my concerns, she diagnosed me correctly and helped me rehab, and after a few months l am so happy to be back doing what I love. “I have had to pleasure of knowing Aidan for 10 years now and he has repaired multiple vehicles for me. I am a genuine car enthusiast and I would not let another person touch my cars aside from Aidan. His attention to detail is second to none, along with his friendliness and punctuality. Regardless if its been a major dent, or multiple small ones on a panel he has sorted them, even walking around the entire vehicle and noticing some that I had even missed. “I had an issue with a Snug delivery and could not get in touch with them. Mandy at the Wilmslow store went out of her way to sort it out for me and I now have another date this week. She is so friendly and even though I have not bought anything from her shop did not hesitate to help me! I live in Stockport but if I did reside in the Wilmslow area I would go and thank her personally. Unfortunately I do not drive. She is a true professional and so kind and helpful.”

The day was really engaging and interesting - the recipes were great, the pace was just right and we were given so much useful information as well as little tips and tricks. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly, the facilities were lovely and the course was expertly delivered. I would definitely recommend and I'm already looking at what courses I can do next!”

“Last night, I called in for a takeaway pizza. There was a tiny issue with the timing as the place was so busy but it was absolutely nothing to concern myself about. But ,because of this, the young lady serving me, Victoria, could not have been more helpful. I left wood fire smoke with a smile on my face only get home to eat the usual delicious pizza that I always order. If you have never been to this restaurant, then it’s time you did. I wholeheartedly recommend it as the pizzas are the best in town and staff are lovely.”

“The Manager and staff at the Kwik Fit branch in Wilmslow were amazing! I turned up towards the end of their working day with a flat tyre, and when I explained i needed to get home, which was a couple of hours drive up the motorway, they stayed behind and put a new tyre on so I could get on the road. They were very friendly & polite, I was so grateful to them. Customer service at its very best! Thank you.”

This was the second time Caitlin cut my hair and the first time she’s done my colour and honestly I don’t think I’ve ever been so pleased with the results from a trip to the salon. “My son went to this nursery from 9 months old until he left for school in September. All the staff are so caring and loving, like a family away from home - three of his key persons particularly standout, Katie G who was his first in Bunnies and supported his transition into nursery life, Jess for support with his speech and language while he was in Fox Cubs and Malaika while he was in Owls for nurturing his curiosity through her experiments. His first parents evening at primary school was full of positives and he is hitting or exceeding all his targets, part of this is the play and experiences he had while being at Footsteps! “Had root canal treatment performed which obviously very anxious about , however found this treatment was performed very skilfully , by Mr. Charlesworth and Charlotte (dental nurse, a great team). The administration of the local anaesthetic in itself was pain free , was very impressed with the teamwork and felt totally at my ease . I was reassured and received individualised care with very good explanation of the procedure involved . I would not hesitate to recommend this dental specialist to anyone needing root canal treatment . Thank you”

After an examination I was reassured that everything was fine. But I was glad of the further scan that I chose to have to have 100% certainty and totally put my mind at rest. I came out walking on air. To have that peace of mind was priceless and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wilmslow Hospital. All the staff were very caring, professional & friendly and the facilities are excellent.”

“This is without a doubt my favourite restaurant. So far, it is the only place I have found outside of Italy to serve fresh, authentic Italian foods. My partner is Italian, and hence a harsh critic. Casa Italia has won his approval and we both come here regularly. It is clear that the people posting negative reviews about frozen food have never eaten here. There is an open kitchen where you can watch the chef cooking delicious food, all from fresh ingredients. Service is attentive, the atmosphere welcoming, and the food exceptional. I would recommend anything on the menu. But for me, two stand out dishes are the polpette Di carne (beef meatballs with a cheese centre) and the formaggi fusi (a bubbling dish of melted Italian cheeses)”
