“The room was very clean and comfortable, basic amenities, bed very comfy. The house keeping was very good. The location for MRI hospital could not have been better. 10 minutes walk away. Local amenities good, petrol station, tesco, subway etc. Parking at the back of the travel lodge at a very reasonable price.”

“Very friendly, clean rooms, good TV channel selection. Cooked breakfast was decent. Only slight thing was the lack of an exit to the car park from the other side of the hotel which meant going back via reception, but I'm really being picky there. Staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Would absolutely recommend if you need to be in the area.”

“Best hotel in Manchester! The room was absolutely amazing. Lovely and clean and a really good amount of room. The bar and grill staff are amazing, they gave me a complimentary cupcake and sang happy birthday to me. So sweet. Cannot praise this place enough, will definitely be coming back!”

“Had another enjoyable stay here. Booked in for the nights either end of our flights out of Manchester Airport. Rooms clean, bed comfortable and had the food package. We were served breakfast by Lena who was friendly and efficient. All the staff have been welcoming. Premier Inn is consistently good and good value for money.”

“Great location, right next to Piccadilly Gardens (although can be a bit noisy if you're at the front). Staff on reception were friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and very comfy. Security on door at night, which is great as it's in such a busy area.”

“There are hotels, and there are hotels, right? Equally, there are hotel staff, and there are hotel staff, with me so far? Well, the hotel does what it should, it’s clean, comfortable, well equipped and superbly located (if central Manchester is where you want to be?), so far so good! Now the staff, what a treat to be served so well by everyone, from the courteous cleaners that smiled and represented the company well, to the bar / reception staff that went above and beyond, really well done. In particular, the wonderful Nicole, service with the most wonderful smile and utterly professional, Accor, are you reading this ? She’s management material in the waiting right under your noses!! Dominic too was professional, smiling and uber efficient, the pair of them working together like a Swiss clock, effortless and confident, that’s how we guests like it, a big no, a Huge thanks for the stay! It gets another “Arnie” - a I’ll be back!”

“I stayed here last night and had a really lovely time. The staff at breakfast were all very pleasant and helpful, but Kai was an absolute standout. He was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my meal. His warm and thoughtful service truly made the experience even better. Highly recommend!”

“It is well located as it's close to the airport and motorway network around it. The parking facility is free and also the wifi. This is a saving of at least £10 compared to other similar chain of hotels. The room was of that of a 4* or at a stretch even a 5* standard. Very calm, restful place with a restaurant. I would recommend it without any hesitation.”

“Salford Quays Travelodge is the best in the whole country! Our favourite place to stay. Perfect for getting around Manchester by tram, and ideally situated for The Lowry theatre. And lovely Ordsall Hall. This Travelodge is always comfortable, warm and welcoming. The staff are smashing. Big thanks this time to Lavinia, Kevin and the nice young man who kept our delicious breakfasts topped up - I'm so sorry I didn't get your name. Already looking forward to our next visit.”

“A very pleasant place to stay in a lovely location. I was looking for a proper holiday location within close driving distance of Tameside and Manchester, Christie's hospital in order to look after an elderly relative. I looked for a proper hotel with a dining room, a bar proper cooked food and somewhere dog friendly. I could not have found anywhere better. My elderly step-mum needed modified meals; small portions and easy-to-swallow foods. The chef and all the staff bent over backwards to make sure she was catered for - room service was no trouble. Only wish I'd had time to enjoy The Stables. I'll definitely be back.”

The place has a cozy, welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in, and it feels like a nice little escape while still being right in the heart of the city centre. “We only dine here, we don't stay in the hotel as we live locally. The Coach House is our favourite 'go-to' place to eat out. We'll be very sorry to see it close. We've had group family celebrations here, as well as quiet meals out as a couple. Great food, great staff, warm & welcoming atmosphere.”

“Me and my grandparents stayed here for a weekend, we had one accessible room and one double room. The rooms were clean, the staff were absolutely lovely, and so accommodating, and the location whilst near a main road is perfect for going towards the city centre without having to stay right in the centre. The breakfast had a good range of choice from cereal, to fruit to toast and a fry up sort of thing. The man in reception on both the Friday night and the Saturday was absolutely amazing and I unfortunately didn’t get his name, but he deserves all the praise as he was just an absolute joy and definitely made the time spent any time sitting down in the bar area worth every second. Overall it was an amazing stay, and I quite liked the old style feel of it with the key instead of the typical card you swipe, made my grandparents feel at ease knowing it was a key lock”

“Everything was as I expected for the style and location of an affordable hotel within a reasonable distance to the airport. Nothing fancy, but well maintained and had everything we'd needed. The front desk staff was very helpful and offered suggestions for where my husband could watch a "very important football game" (isn't every game important. lol) as well as restaurant options if we were wanting to eat outside of the hotel. We would definetly stay here again.”

“A decent Marriott Hotel, which has had good investment over the years. Well presented with nice external / outsourced dining of a good standard. Well worth a stop if using the airport to go on Holiday. Good for when you need to entertain at a restaurant. Would not hesitate to recommend, good chain of hotels with decent standards at all times.”
