Dropped off for MOT in the morning and was done just before lunch. Even left my windows cracked before pickup so the inside didn't get too hot in this heatwave. Small detail but I noticed!”

“I had an issue with my work van where the check engine light kept flashing up and I urgently needed to use my van last week. I phoned Parkway and explained the situation, spoke to a lady called Sophia. She said they were really busy but if I could bring it in at that moment, she would see what she could sort. Long story short, it was an incredibly easy fix and I was out of there after an hour. They wouldn’t accept any money because they just needed to tighten something under the bonnet, but I was more than happy to pay because they had been so accommodating. I’m also convinced that if I had gone to another garage, they would’ve seen a damsel in distress and most likely made out I needed hundreds of pounds of work doing to it! A thoroughly genuine and honest garage, thank you so much for saving my week!”

“I contacted Manchester City Dismantlers on their website and had a call from Adam yesterday to say that they had the parts in stock, he forwarded me a picture of it so I could see if it was the right part and it looked fine, he said he could get it in the post if I ordered it before lunch which I did and it been delivered and now fired on my car. An exultant service, I would highly recommend them and Adam is very efficient.”

“I found like this place on Euro Parts when I was looking for somewhere to find brake pads, so called them up directly for brake pads and an MOT, which turns out cheaper than other place I tried. I was offered to bring my car in the next day, I was informed when something came up that needed changing and I was informed again when my car was ready to be collected. As a solo female approaching this garage I felt welcomed, prices were transparent and communication was excellent. I'd happily go back again for any car issues.”
