“Fantastic experience today for Amelia 7th birthday. Greeted with professional and friendly staff. Introduced to our party organiser for the day who was friendly and organised. Everything was on hand from sock and wrist bands for the kids which the Becky the organiser health with and greet each child. Went to part room when children went on equipment and all shoes were in a basket and then neatly lined up ready for when they finished. Helped with gifts and setting the room up. Room hpod size and clean all ready with table set up just wanted to add some banners and ballons which becky helped with. Food fab, nuggets were real chicken! (Not reformed) becky organised singing and cut the cake for us too. We had the best most stress free party ever!!! Highly recommend 5* from start to finish!!!!”

“Lovely hotel, top notch leisure facilities. Rooms could be a bit larger (king size bed but not a lot of room after that), and wine pricy at the bar. “Visited 29/04/2024, at lunch time parking was available in the limited spots at front of the building. Go in and there is the restaurant part to the right as you go in. The seabass on the potato dauphinois and green beans was very tasty, the side of salt and pepper chips was also nice. Food came quickly and both the staff looking after the group were very attentive and friendly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I am so glad that I have booked my first Umrah trip with Mohsin Bahi from Wish Travel. It was easy and hassle free process. I have been give. Different options/packages to choose from. The hotel is Madinah was 5* and about 50 steps away masjid door. The Hotel in Makkah was 4* and about 7 mins walk to Haram shareef. My flight was very good with just over 2 hour wait in Bahrain. It was an amazing experience to do my first Umrah and thank you for making it hassle free and easy for me. My ALLAH give more Barakah in your business AMEEN”

“I attended the Autumn Spa Day with my Mum today, which was a birthday gift. We had an absolutely lovely time, the facilities are wonderful, loved the various sauna/steam rooms etc available. The outdoor thermal pool was fabulous too. We also joined in with an aqua aerobics class which was on at the time and we really enjoyed it. To finish off we had a 50 minute treatment which was incredible, the girls were wonderful who did the treatments and made sure we were always happy & comfortable. The staff on the spa reception were also really helpful and happy to help us. Although the changing rooms were a little tired and in need on a facelift, it didn’t affect our visit whatsoever! We would definitely return!”

I then went away to think about the cruise and called back with further questions before booking. Becky did a brilliant job got me booked in assisted with selecting a cabin etc. I am a busy person and like efficiency and Becky was efficient and effective in the booking. After Lufthansa shafted me and my wife by cancelling our business flights less than 24 hours before departure and having our money for nearly a year, Cruise Club UK stepped in to rescue us. “We stayed one night at The Park Royal, on a spa package, as part of our Q Hotels membership. We were checked in by Mary, who was super helpful and very friendly. Our room, 165 was spotlessly clean, a good size and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. We’d pre booked a spa treatment each and the team were again, really friendly and helpful. Dinner was booked for 7:30 and taken in the main hotel restaurant. The setting was great and the team were as expected, attentive and friendly. Prices are slightly higher than you’d expect but the meals were very good. Checkout was seamless and our hotel bill was spot on. Thank you.”

Freya & Carla we’re fantastic right from the beginning, working with our theme of Peter rabbit and even ordering bespoke stickers to fit with our theme. The soft play looked beautiful and the kids had an absolute ball playing on it and the ride ons. Would definitely book again without hesitation!”
