The prom dress has three layers and the lining is super difficult to be shortened however the seamstress is so wonderful and he took all the trouble and effort to get it done. I trusted the seamstress when I saw him and he took my stress away. My daughter and I are exhilarated with his work and greatly appreciate his help and service. Price is good too. I purchased a pair of mens workout/lounge bottoms a few years ago whilst I was in New Zealand but a few months ago the material on one of the legs separated (looked like it was glued together, not stitched) and one of the pocket zips had broke. I spoke to the online chat (not the most helpful with understanding my issue), who eventually directed me to visit my nearest store as they would be able to help. I live in Plymouth with my nearest store being either in London or Manchester, so when I was in Manchester I thought I would try my luck and take them into the store to see if they could be repaired. A lady with the initials AD (sorry I cannot remember your name) was very friendly and welcoming helped me. She clearly told me what to possibly expect from a repair and how long it would take. I mentioned that I live in Plymouth so wouldn't be back in Manchester for a while, to which she said that they can post it back to me which was great. She also said that the service is free of charge (including the postage), which I was not expecting at all, but with the service I received I will definitely buy more from lululemon in the future.
