“Booked online which was really easy to do. We arrived about 15 minutes early and they sat us down straight away. The staff were amazing and served our food within no time. They made sure we had everything we needed and were very polite. The portion size was very good but was very bland. There was also very limited choice on the menu.”

“After moving to Manchester, we’ve never found somewhere that does authentic Chinese takeaway food that isn’t super overpriced until TODAY. Delicious food, big portions (be aware of big portions as we ended up with so much food) We ordered on Friday night and the food was ready quicker than expected and still very hot when we got home. We highly recommend crispy duck pancakes and sweet & sour chicken. 10/10 customer service, greeted by a very friendly lady at the shop and we had a quick chat. It was so lovely finding out that we’re supporting a small family owned business. We will definitely be back.”

“Good options for the vegetarian breakfast (Quorn sausages, bubble and squeak and has browns) which came out very promptly but properly cooked and the continental breakfast is plentiful. Kids eat for free with an adult ordering breakfast is an excellent idea too. Staff were attentive and helpful. The kids soft play area has great decor and is pretty big to keep the littuns busy and tire em out.”

“I've come to Manchester for work and was recommended Crown King and they delivered straight to the hotel. The food arrived piping hot and I believe it was one of the managers who delivered our food. He was very polite. The food was exceptional. The onion bhaji was so crispy and tasted of fried onions. Delicious with the mint raita. We had naan,chicken pakora, rice ( fluffy sepeate grains, perfectly cooked) chicken bhuna, chicken korma, chicken tikka starters ,poppadom, chips. The portions sizes are good. Easily feed 2, possibly even 3. Not greasy and very flavourful.”

“I ordered delivery but got thrown off when I saw all the negative reviews. I had a great experience. I got a buy 1 get 1 free pizza deal which tasted great, and it got delivered on-time and warm. I have no complaints”

“Personnel's changed and it's excellent now! The service used to be really bad but they have changed the management and most of staff and they are exceptionally friendly now and the service is excellent too. Also they have live music every night however Siamak is much better than the other singer.”

“Don’t expect more than what you’re paying for, but for the price is more than enough. The food is good, tasty, the portions are big and the price is cheap. It doesn’t take too long and is better than many cheap places from around. We always order the rice and the salt and pepper chips are the best. The wonton soup is really really nice too and the sweet chili chicken is the best. The price is usually never more than 15 pounds. We also ordered nuggets for my niece, she is a child and loved them. They’re not very tasty but they are nice.”

“Booked a bottomless brunch, quick service and great food and drinks. We did the £5 upgrade for the better cocktails - worth it! Downside, both people had to finish their drinks before being served the others so if one drinks fast, and the other doesn’t you’re losing out because the drinks aren’t flowing. However worth the money. Would book again.”

“One of the very few locations around Gay Village that genuinely seems to cater to its LGBT audiences. Cruz has virtually no competition if you're looking for a late-night party. Big thanks to John and the bouncers for retrieving my belongings and genuinely taking care of me more often than they probably should!”

“If your looking for a top night out with your friends or family, you won't go wrong with CoCo, very nice indeed! The DJ takes requests and plays some amazing music for all gendres,also class 1 standard, highly recommend!”

“Very beautiful space with good food. The options are decent enough for the type of setting. They have a kids menu as well. We had the chicken and bacon club sandwich, sweet potato fries and halloumi fries. The food looked good and tasted really great. Some seats were just beside the window that overlooks the ski. There's also a balcony that gives a good view of the ski”

“My friend recommended bijou and have been going for awhile now, I’ve been other places too but I love bijou and went there for New Year’s Eve. Booked a table for New Year’s Eve this was very reasonable in comparison to other places. The place was sooo packed it was a great vibe, everyone looked so glamorous and a friendly crowd. Place - looked amazing, love the decor, style different rooms spacious place. The bouncers even thou so busy were really nice and chatty and made me feel welcome. Drinks selection is always on point there. Staff really attentive and nice and didn’t have to wait long for drinks.”

“Had an amazing experience with them….. very nice place with free and secure parking their staff is quite nice and rooms are goods as per the price it quite cheap and room was clean comfortable. In toilet I would recommend rather giving soap bar, if they add body wash and hand wash would give nice impression….. really happy with them…. Planning to travel again soon”

“Didn’t get a chance to order food this time as I was just passing by while visiting nearby, but the place made a great impression. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, with a neat and well-arranged seating layout. The environment felt comfortable and relaxed, and from what I could see, other guests clearly enjoyed their meals. Staff presence and overall vibe were positive. Definitely looks like a spot worth coming back to properly.”

“Literally the best priced hotel around. I dont know why anyone mentions the decor. The photos are accurate, don't book a room if you dont like what you see. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have some lovely extra touches. Incredible value. Thank you!”

“Really enjoyed the food here, we made an incorrect order as we didn’t know the Thai green curry didn’t come with Chicken as a default, but they quickly allowed us to change it. Was incredibly spicy but really great, chicken burger with slaw set us on our way for our onwards journey. Bit pricey, but much better than your standard airport fare.”

“Came here for the first time towards the end of March. Girls weekend away for my birthday and we all fell in love with this place! Had such a laugh with the DJ and a good sing and a dance with all the best music! The doorstaff were fantastic! Had a bit of an issue and they resolved it right away and were fabulous for the entire night! We went on to find somewhere else with wanting to experience Manchester for all it was worth but ended up coming straight back because of how amazing the staff were! Will deffo be a go to for our girls weekends in future!”

“Cargo was fantastic! We visited a couple of weeks ago for a friends birthday after a mess-up with our booking to Bingo Balls. Caitlin was amazing! She arranged drinks in the sum of our purchase price and Bingo Balls and looked after us while we were at the venue. The staff were all lovely, but Caitlin really went above and beyond (she deserves a pay rise!) The cocktails were fantastic!! With it being a sunny day, we also got to take advantage of the outside area! We will definitely be visiting again on our next visit to Manchester!”

“I was in this pub for the first time during the leather weekend in Manchester. They hosted the cigar social there. When I read the reviews before coming I was expecting the worst. But I'm glad it turned out to be the opposite. It's located in the heart of the gay village and has a nice outdoor seating for smoking. I had a great time there with my leather friends. The staff were nice and friendly and the prices were good for the drinks.. hopefully I'll be there again on my next visit to Manchester”
