“This is a huge store but very well set out. Coffee shop is great and although you had to order via a machine your coffee and sandwich was delivered to the table. It was very busy but the service was great. The table next to me had not understood the ordering correctly and over ordered so when the drinks were delivered there were too many. The lady waiting the table was so kind she sorted them out without causing and issue and organised a refund too. Very thoughtful. Sometimes we older people don't understand these machines and it would be a better idea in my opinion if there was someone there to assist with this or just by asking older people if they would like assistance ordering. As I said it was rather busy but well done to the lady who sorted it out.”

The whole team deserves credit for their great service, they’re always polite, efficient, friendly and go out of their way to make customers feel at home. A special mention to Mia, who always greets everyone with a smile and brings such positive energy to the place. Her friendliness and genuine approach really enhance the overall experience. It’s rare to find a coffee shop that gets everything right, quality coffee, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. This Caffè Nero truly does. Highly recommended!”

“My son and I were visiting Fletcher Moss for the first time, and didn't know where to go for food and drinks! Anyway, we decided to go Ye old cock! Well, it turned out to be the perfect choice. Beautiful clean pub with character. Great menu choices. Also, fantastic price deals..a meal and a premium drink each (we chose a Guinness, and a 250ml glass of wine) all for £10!! Great service too. I will definitely go again.”

“I got a balayage done by Lauren and she was absolutely amazing! I have quite dark hair and she managed to get my hair quite light, blonde and ashy in one sitting! She also ensured that my haircut and colour suited my face shape and skin tone! She was very observant and listened, the blow out was perfect! Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to get their hair done”

“usually go to Teds Grooming, get the same kind of treatment (hot towel) but better and cheaper for that matter. the head massage is definitely a nice touch too. super friendly guys, listened to what I wanted, gave their input as well. definitely found my new barber.”

“Stayed over Thursday night and had a very cosy and hospitable stay. We ate there today and the food was exceptional with great portion sizes. We were very impressed. Helen and Hattie served us and we couldn't have asked for more, it was a warm welcome and top service from both. Couldn't recommend it enough. Will be back in the future.”

“Prices a little pricey but for location probably about right went in last night 27/10 to see a friend who's band was playing and have to say what an atmosphere and great crowd. “This is a lovely pub house with some outdoor tables. It’s so leisure to sit between the green building and a grassland. The fish and chip is perfect and the fried onion is crispy enough. I really enjoyed the chocolate sundae too.”

“We booked the Christmas dinner for 3 on Christmas day. The staff were friendly and professional and went out of their way to help. The food was lovely and we were not rushed to receive the next course. All in all a great experience and we left with full tummies. It was my partners 60th birthday as well and the staff organised a sash and a birthday card finishing it all off nicely with a candle on a mince pie. Thank you to everyone. He had a lovely surprise.”

Amy eminates kindness and welcoming vibes and I honestly felt welcome as soon as I saw her at the John Lewis Cheadle beauty retreat. I am a mum of three young children and often end up neglecting my own needs for the sake of caring for my children. Amy gave me exactly what I needed- self care that has a lasting impact on the health of my skin. It was so relaxing having my facial done. I cannot thank you enough Amy. You are a gem and will go far in your career. “Fantastic venue. We had a 2 day golf event here. The course and facilities were fantastic. The breakfast was great and the evening meal very good. It has a separate area for the golfers to eat and drink which overlooks the gold course (although breakfast area is shared with the hotel). A few used the spa area which they said was very nice. Service was good.”
