Danny arrived when we were eating lunch and insisted on sitting in his van whilst we finished eating (only a few minutes), as we have a walk through kitchen/diner. He then completed the service, as planned, to our satisfaction, leaving the area as clean and tidy as he found it. I can highly recommend both Danny (service engineer) and the lovely Becky ( she always organises the date and time of the annual service). Both are so polite, friendly and accommodating. “My old boiler broke down beyond repair and a friend recommended A T Plumbing. I contacted Adam and within a couple of days I had a qoute I was happy with and the new boiler was fitted. The workmanship was excellent and they left a very neat and tidy finish, managing to fit the new boiler and pipework on the footprint of the old one. Leaving me very little touch up decorating to do. He even managed to resolve an issue with my service provider using his contacts and getting the work I required done within 24hrs all on his own time and no extra cost. I can't recommend both Adam and Chris highly enough, excellent work and great value for money.”

“Adam from South Manchester Heating did a superb job for us last week. This involved diagnosing and fixing the problem with our central heating. Adam called Worcester Bosch for us to explain the problem for them to come and check out the boiler (the next day!). Adam the replaced the pump and isolation valves (without draining the system!) and is also helping us sort out problems with our kitchen underfloor heating which has never worked properly. I have tried many other companies but trust the knowledgeable and experienced team at SMH to understand and sort the problems out. Highly recommended. Great job, thanks very much!”

“A real tradesman. Polite, tidy and very honest. Phoned Monday evening arrived the following morning at 8.30. I use the word honest because he didn't think our dishwasher was worth repairing because of its age. Very reasonable call out fee. An hour later he came back with a part he had in his workshop. Pulled out the dishwasher and fitted it. 'This will keep you going for a while!' We paid a little more and in reality amazing value. 10/10”

“I own a new build apartment, with a Ventilation system, its super important the vent system is regularly serviced, to prevent humidity, damp and to ensure correct air flow. Kool it offer a scalable range of options for servicing, which is helpful as I am on a budget. I opted for a twice yearly service, and found the cost to be very competitive. I was nervous about the ability of the company to execute well, having never used this company before. I need not have worried. I was in great hands! On the lighter side: someone needs to tell him the loose end of the toilet roll goes over and away from the wall and not under. That's so wrong!
