“My pets vets at Lowton are the best vets around. All staff are very helpful and friendly. The vets are amazing especially Rick, he has been outstanding with my boy Tom, who has seizers.All my goldens are very well looked after every time they go. Julia is very nice and helpful, she goes above and beyond to help. All the vets are so friendly, it helps if your feeling stressed. I personally would not want my to go anywhere else. “This was my first scale and polish - actually my first dental appointment in a long while - I've never had one before and was initially feeling very nervous and uncomfortable. As it turns out, I had nothing to worry about - the hygienist and assistant I saw were both so accommodating; they explained the whole process, what to expect (including letting me see and test the feeling of how each tool would work before diving in to it), how I could signal I needed a break, and even turned on the tv to give me a distraction and let me take my mind off of things. Throughout the process both women were so efficient, regularly offered to let me have a break, and when the process was done they gave me a full rundown of what to expect in the next few days to assure me it would be perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. They're obviously very well informed and know what they're doing and I honestly do not think I could have asked for a better first experience. My teeth look and feel great - thank you to you both! Additional tid bit of praise for your receptionist, as well - I just couldn't leave her out. She's so lovely and welcoming towards everyone as soon as they walk in, it really put me at ease whilst I was waiting. Everybody I've met here has been absolutely wonderful, I couldn't recommend them enough!”

“Dentist allows me and my partner to have appointments next to each other which is very convienient. They are always understanding and accomodating of my conditions/illnesses and needs. For example they treat me downstairs if i am unable to get upstairs for treatment.”

“Huge respect to Pets At Home for only allowing those over 18 to buy a pet. Hearing a young teenage demand a hamster just because he wants one and the staff requiring him to be over 18. Great work as his intentions didn't seem pure. Proud of this store for protecting the animals as much as they can”

“Attended for my dog's booster. Greeted by two friendly receptionists and seen on time. Chelsea, the vet, gave a thorough examination and talked through any concerns and asked regarding Poppy's general well being, once happy with her, she was given her booster and some medication. Cost was within what I had budgeted for and wholly happy with our visit, as was Poppy whose tail never stopped wagging.”

“This is for the reception staffs snd the vet - Manasa who have helped us tonight. There was a delay at first due to a pet being put to sleep, however the staffs made sure they informed us of the situation and even offered us drinks while we waited. This is already beyond being “proactive”. The vet - Manasa, she is the best vet we have ever seen in the UK. Very knowledgeable, quick in diagnosis, keep us well informed with the situation and reminded us on the medication. We were well advised and Manasa have gone above and beyond with our situation. If management is seeing this, the receptionist and the vet truly deserve shoutouts.”

“Could not recommend the team highly enough. My cat was seriously ill when she came in to them and they did everything possible to help and take care of her. She needed x-rays, blood tests and several courses of treatment but each one was explained fully and clearly so I knew what was being done and what risks were involved. They even dealt direct with my pet insurance to process everything for me which was great.”

“I’m pretty sure that Peter & co saved Roxy’s life - and I cannot thank him and the staff more for that. At almost 17 years old, this hip dislocation was never going to be easy but as you can see, she’s up, weight-bearing and walking outside on her own for toilet time. After every sleep (and there are many at her age) we are seeing an improvement. Check up at Chipping Norton Vets tomorrow afternoon and I’ll report back. Not out of the woods yet but so far the hip is staying in place and apart from a little confusion when her leg occasionally gives way she’s making a remarkable recovery. Thank you once again. “Been going to this dentist for a good few years and as I had each of my children they've been taken on by the same dentist that I have. From the reception staff to the dentist's they are all very friendly and professional and are more than happy to explain things in a manner you understand and in a way you can understand; the dentist's are more than happy to show children what is going to happen and how as well as telling them in an age appropriate way. They don't try and make you have any treatment that you don't need, but if you do need treatment they work out which is the cheapest way you can get it. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.”

“My first dental appointment with Mohammad Khalid was a pleasant experience. He was kind and patient and did a detailed check up with me. As I had gum disease, I was advised to see a hygienist. When I went to the receptionist to make a booking, I was so lucky that there was an available time slot in the afternoon on the same day. When I met the hygienist, Anlet Baby, she did the cleaning for me patiently and professionally. Although I was nervous, I didn’t feel painful at all. After the treatment, Anlet advised me to use a single tufted brush to clean some of my teeth so that the dirt or plague would be removed in a better way. I am thankful that I have met nice people and have good experiences at MyDentist.”
