“I visited Subway recently and was served by Joe. Despite the store being clearly understaffed and a constant stream of Deliveroo orders coming in, Joe remained calm, patient, and professional throughout. It did take a bit longer than usual to get my order, but it was clear the delay wasn’t his fault – he was handling a lot on his own. Joe made sure to greet every customer politely, took time to get each order right, and didn’t let the pressure affect his service. I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail, even in a hectic situation. If anything, Subway needs to make sure their staff aren’t left to manage such a high workload alone. Joe did a great job under the circumstances, and his customer service deserves recognition. I visited on the 29th June 2025 around 17:30.”

“Tasty, appealing food. Good service and yummy mocktails. We tried a lot of dishes and I can say that this is definitely a higher end Indian, not drowned in sauces, these dishes were well balanced, full of flavour and spiced well. “place is clean, well organised and there is great variation of drinks, groceries and household essentials. finally a place that sells the red berry fizzy boosts! i’ll forgive them this time around for not having them probably because i buy loads of them. staff are nice, well spoken and the store is well priced by them and they have a lot of price marked items so you’re always getting a good bang for your buck! the convenience of the location makes it a 10/10.”

“Extraordinary Bar to bring in for a 16 ounces and a Game of pool or Table Football. Fantastic bar staff who rushed to serve. Likewise a decent spot to watch sport with the big screen. Splendid worth during that time 12.00pm-7.00pm £2.50 a 16 ounces on chose lagers I had carling which was right on the money. In general I would suggest a visit.”

“Poor Service and Unresponsive Support I had a very bad experience. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. The delivery was incomplete, yet their system marked it as fully delivered. When I attempted to report the issue, it was extremely difficult because they wouldn’t pick up the phone. Very disappointing service.”
