“We booked this hotel for Billy Eilish concert. When we booked ourselves in they told us that they were giving us a free upgrade to their best room. Well the room was amazing. It had a dressing room area, dining and kitchen area and a stunning shower room. There was also a spiral staircase. At the top was a table for two with fantastic views of the city. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, microwave, hob, fridge and a dishwasher. There was also a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board, a safe and somewhere to hang your clothes. There was a complimentary bottle of water and crisps popcorn. Basically the room had everything you could think of for a comfortable stay. The staff were lovely and friendly and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Roomzzz you were amazing x”

“The apartment was very clean, facilities were fantastic as was the whole hotel, the staff on reception were always cheerful and pleased to see you. Location was exactly what we wanted as we arrived by train, the city centre was five minutes away by foot.”

“Amazing place to stay! I just want to give a big shout out to rajaa for her hospitality, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth check in. The room was incredible and the amenities were perfect. I would however like to note the guest lift is out of use which was a small issue but rajaa was amazing enough to guide us to the staff lift whenever we needed it. Thank you so much for the stay, We will definitely be back!”

Owners, Judith and David, were very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. We were welcomed with a Christmas tree, flowers and tasty treats. The cottage is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location of the cottage is excellent - close to pubs, restaurants, grocery stores and tram to Manchester City Centre. The great WiFi access was important for us to keep in touch. It's very spacious as we hosted dinner for 15 people. I would highly recommended this cottage to anyone needing to stay near Manchester.”

“Had a 2 night stay here for exploring the local attractions, the hosts are very Friendly and knowledgeable. A good choice of breakfast items that the cook for you fresh, good quality food too. The local pub just a short walk away has excellent dining for a relaxing evening too.”

“This was our second visit to Kerridge End and we had another comfortable stay in The Hayloft. Good facilities for a wheelchair user with a lovely wetroom and shower chair provided. Very well equipped cottage having everything we needed. A lovely hamper was left for us on arrival and a delicious plate of homemade scones and jam too. Plenty of places to visit in the area.”

“What an amazing B&B. Sharon and Dave were simply wonderful hosts, with my family descending on them for the weekend for a nearby wedding. The beautiful flowers on the door were a good omen that we were in safe hands. The decor in the cottage was lovely and the whole place was well maintained. Sharon did a great job providing breakfast for all of us and they made us feel very welcome. It was a lovely break from urban life, would definitely recommend to others and I'd happily stay there again!”

“These two days of living let us feel very comfortable and enjoy. First of all, the house is very warm and clean and with all the toiletries. The landlord is gentle and patient. We have any confusion or questions. A phone call from the landlord comes in three minutes. All in all, I had a great time during the two nights.”

“Visited for a family wedding in July and was afforded a fantastic family holiday at a well kept, pristine and peaceful stay near enough to walk where needed and close enough to the calm of the forest and canal for nature morning walks with excellent coffee! “Family 2 adults 2 children (ages1 and 9 ) on arrival we requested a couple of things , the staff went above and beyond to help and made it the most wonderful arrival for the children. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment with sofa bed which 9 year old loved . Spacious clean plenty of storage , having the kitchen area , complete with washer dryer was a game changer , couple of washing tablets supplied so was able to leave without worrying about doing all the washing when we got home . Being able to use the swimming pool from 6am until 10pm and the gym open all hours with no added extra cost and towels supplied , was absolutely amazing and they’re really well presented. Car park right on the doorstep along with arndale a couple of minutes walk at the most . Overall a most relaxed memorable weekend will definitely use them again and really well priced . “Lovely farmhouse stay, on Smallholding close to Whaley Bridge and a good location to explore the Peak District from. Cosy log burning stoves in both dining/kitchen and living room. All clean and tastefully decorated. Nice little garden and spectacular outlook. Owners are friendly and helpful.”

“My husband and I have just spent 7 lovely nights here. It was easy to book with Matthews help and to check in with Colins help. The building and grounds are spotless with ongoing touches to the interior and exterior eg planting by gardeners etc and recent paint job. The bed, bedclothes , towels, shower, loo, even loo rolls n washing up liquid, tv, microwave n kettle, bedside light etc were all pretty good and most importantly the fire doors and signage made us feel safe.”

“We stayed here as we were going to the AO arena. We walked to the arena and got a taxi back. Tha taxi was £6.40. The room was airy and clean. We had a problem with the TV and the gentleman went above and beyond to try and sort it for us. I have no hesitation in recommending it to others. We will certainly be staying next time were in Manchester.”

“The house was absolutely beautifully renovated and everything was just perfect, we had some minor teething issues but none of these affected our stay, the owners also left some absolutely amazing extras which were just perfect. We were a group of 14 and the house was so perfect for our needs with just a 10 Uber to the city center.”
