A lovely relaxed atmosphere and nothing was too much trouble I was encouraged to try on as many outfits that I wanted after chatting with Paula about my style and colour preferences. I do not like clothes shopping but needed a wedding outfit. I had a very enjoyable visit, every outfit tried on fitted me, some more comfortable than others and I am delighted with my final choice. I also found out that I can hire the matching hat which was an added bonus. There is also the added bonus of a seamstress being available, for any alterations required. Highly recommend a visit and I will certainly return as and when I need more outfits, be it casual, dressy or formal.”

“Always been top class in customer service, had multiple weddings in the family and Andaaz has always helped us, we’ve bought shalwar kameez and waistcoats and prince jackets for big groups of boys and men, it’s so nice when all the boys are dressed the same on those special days. “Visited the store to buy new running trainers as I was experiencing foot pain. Charlotte and the team were truly amazing. They took time to try many different shoes but the best thing was the detailed knowledge of all the brands and the problem I had. Using gait analysis we found the right shoes. We were not rushed and they were so patient letting me try loads of pairs on the treadmill.”

I have bought Mulberry bags of her and more recently a Mulberry purse which is just stunning I initially found the item on her Facebook page and contacted her through messages and then WhatsApp. She agreed to keep the item for me till I could collect. She is responsive and is happy to discuss and answer questions on any item you may be interested in. She has some lovely items and if you get chance to visit the shop itself then you won’t be disappointed.”
