“I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel after reading previous reviews however it seems the owner's of this hotel have gone to a real effort to turn things around, everything was laid out perfectly for us the bed was made nicely and the bath run really nice with hot water, and with folded towels on the bed and free soap show minor details which would be expected on rooms much more expensive. Highly recommend for families my kids loved it. Also great location.”

“This a a very well kept public car park. The lifts are clean and the attendant can often be see walking around on duty. Last month I miss placed my phone and when i rang it a kind gentleman answered only to tell me I had left it on the pay machine. He had it in his office waiting for me. When I arrived back the gentleman Patrick was very polite and opened the barrier so I don't have to pay for the car park again. He is a Real treasure, lovely meeting you Patrick. They have after school enrichments and intervention if your daughter is below target on a certain subject. Eden has high expectations but this doesn't make the school worse. We go on trips which the school pays for. All you have to do is turn up! I would DEFINITELY recommend this school Please send your daughter here and, trust me, you will not regret it!”

Then I was moved to D6 again staff were lovely especially Suzanne, and Davelee who looked after me both very professional Thank you so much for making my stay In hospital a very pleasant one . The doctors ,nurses ,Health care workers ,porters ,cleaners all contributed to making this stay a lovely experience and lifting my spirits whilst I was not well Thank you all”

“We have been here twice. The first time was last year and there was quite a long wait time, but the staff were great. When we went this time, the wait time was much less and the staff were outstanding, you can tell that they care about their patients and are very patient and understanding. I can’t thank the Dr enough as she did everything to make sure that my Daughter was well and went above and beyond to treat her after she was poorly. We were there for a number of hours, but we were made comfortable and this made it easier. What an amazing job they do there.”

“Booked a room for the Halloween weekend, had a wonderful experience, was greeted very politely by the receptionist who made me feel very welcomed, after reading the reviews I wasn’t really looking forward to my stay however on arrival I was shocked at how good of a level of service I received and how clean and tidy the rooms were, it was like I was walking into a brand new hotel. I was told by new staff members that the hotel is under new management hence the change in standards. I was very pleased with my stay and would recommend all my friend and family to also stay at this hotel when visiting Manchester as it’s one of the nicest budget hotels I’ve ever stayed at.”
