They rest assured me that if there are any problems they are a call away. They even helped me try to fix a dining table which I had lost the screws to through moving even thought it was not purchased in their shop. “We were having a kitchen / dining room knock through but had not decided who to buy the kitchen from. We had looked around all the normal high street suppliers to get some ideas but were disappointed with the quality. Stephen was recommended to us by our builder, who had completed a few jobs with him recently. We initially booked Stephen for a free design, not really expecting too much, but when we met Stephen, he was professional, knowledgeable and did not try to sell us anything. Within a few days, he had sent us a no obligation video, which showed a 3D kitchen design with a full cost breakdown. We were so impressed that we met him again and he brought samples; the quality far exceeds anything you will find on the high street and the price was reasonable too. We now have the most amazing solid wood kitchen, with quartz worktops, fitted quickly and efficiently with full communication throughout the whole process. Absolutely brilliant service, I cannot recommend this Company enough.”

When Pack & Send collected them they informed me that they were insufficiently packed and provided photographs which showed how woeful the packing was. They offered to unpack the items and repack them correctly and when I received them the other end I was extremely pleased with how well they were packed. “After trying so many different dog beds on the market, we came across Ivy and Duke, and have never looked back! My two italian greyhounds love the comfort of the den bed, and I love knowing they are well supported. The personalised blanket are such a nice touch too, and super cosy (essential for iggies). The beds are over a year old now, the covers are washed weekly, and look/feel like new. The colours and styles also look great in our home, something I'd really struggled to find previously. She understood exactly what I wanted during the consultation and design phase and gave me lots of options to choose from. She is clearly very knowledgable and experienced, which made the whole process stress free. She was also able to advise on a fantastic fitter. The showroom is beautifully presented with lots of inspirational displays, along with a wide range of product to choose from, catering to lots of budgets. He went above and beyond with getting the blade flat and sharp, and set it up beautiful, giving me some fantastic advice! “Clippers Quay has been my home for nearly a year. This is a great place to live in. Firstly, it is mainly due to the very high standard professional reception team. The members of the reception team are very friendly, helpful and supportive. With them, it makes living in Clippers Quay a joy, save and feel at home. Many appreciations have to given to Darren, Leila Lam and Tyler. They are brilliant and helpful in all aspects. Thank you! Secondly, it is Clipper Quay’s location. So convenient cause it is easy to get on the public transportation, within 10 mins walk to supermarkets in WhiteCity shopping center, beautiful waterside for a walk and close by to the city center. Lastly, the apartments are spacious and adequately furnished. The maintenance services are also very good.”

“I have used a number of UK to Ghana door to door shipping companies and the issues are the same - unprofessionalism in communication, lack of transparency with pricing, cash system to evade taxes, no optimum pick up route meaning that you would have to wait around all day to confirm over call (at least 5 times) whether your box will be picked up and it still would not be etc etc. The list of negatives with Ghanaian door to door companies are endless. Then we discovered Manc Global Logistics and thought it was too good to be true. We booked collection online, got that acknowledged by text and email. Then we got told when our collection date would be with a tracking link that would be live on said day. And then on the day, the link went live and the van pulled up to our driveway at the appointed time. Box was picked and we were able to make payment online rather easily by card. The prices were also published online so it was easy to know how much was going to be paid. We received a pdf receipt in the email and that was it. Such a breeze. For the first time in all my years in the UK, shipping a box home has been hustle free and has not messed up my working day in anyway. Absolutely incredible for same price as well. Please do not hesitate to go with this company for your door to door shipping needs to Ghana. I am staying with them forever.”

“I have had two repairs done here, an iPad port/charger issue back in 2021, and a replacement screen last November (2024). Both have been excellent. I've had no issues with the replacement screen whatsoever and it resolved an additional microphone issue I had that turned out to be hardware related! It may not be the cheapest service - another potential customer was moaning when I was there - but I think that's because they are doing a good job. I would trust them with any future repairs.”
