I’ve been going to footlights since I was six and have made so many incredible memories and met just the most amazing people. “Amazing authentic guest house. Location is ideal as it's central to Hollingworth Lake and Littleborough or Smithybridge Station. Rooms are spacious and ensuite. Tea and coffee and nibbles in the room and a big old bay window. Really friendly owner who couldn't do enough for me . Fully recommend as a solo, couples, or family visit.”

Very close to the Manchester Airport and easily accessible. A lovely place.”

“Great venue for any celebration or even a nice pint on a sunny day. Whole place was spotlessly clean each time I've visited. Staff couldn't do enough for us on the night of the event and were so nice to everyone. I will definitely hire again, the setting is lovely as it is right next to the canal running through Marple. Plenty of parking space too”
