The installation was meticulously planned and a booklet was given with dates, names and numbers of everyone involved so we knew exactly what was happening and when. “We ordered our new kitchen from Kutchenhaus in Stockport. We could look at the displays at our leisure, with help and advice if needed. The planning was done in-store, which took into account our wishes together with advice from staff. The kitchen was ordered but could be delayed by ourselves if we had any hold-ups, which we did. This was helpful as we didn’t have to store the kitchen prior to installation. We were kept informed throughout the whole process. Any small problems were quickly solved by the staff, who were polite and attentive at all times. We are very pleased with our new kitchen, it is excellent quality, with lots of useful features. Also we feel reasonably priced for the type of kitchen we’ve had. Would highly recommend.”

“We have used Scamps & Champs for over 6 years since we got our dog, Dougie. Every dog walker who has walked him has been professional, kind and caring. Dougie gets to walk and socialise with other dogs and loves all of the walkers but especially Jackie, who is his regular walker. We've also used the boarding service which is second to none. The online service is easy to use and allows flexibility to schedule and cancel walks as necessary. I would recommend the company to anyone (actually I did - my sister in law also uses them and loves them!)”

“As a family tradition we go out for breakfast on the morning of a holiday. We tried this cafe as the reviews were very positive and my wife had heard about it through a work colleague. The staff were very welcoming. There were a few regulars in who made the place seem very community focussed, more friends than customers. The food was really good freshly prepped after we ordered. When I mentioned where we going on holiday the lady who served us explained she was from that same area originally and advised us of things to look out for. Can't fault it. We will visit again definitely.”

“What an absolute gem of a place, huge place filled with all sorts of wonderful bits and pieces. Two floors of excellent quality good sturdy furniture. If you find a piece but its not quite the right colour have a chat with them and they see what they can do to lighten/darken it to suit you. Excellent find lovely place. even lovelier people that run the place (so sorry My memory is shocking when it comes to names) nothing it to much for them. Will be back when me and the other half get our house”

“Staff i spoke to were so helpful. Clement was very knowledgeable about running shoes and showed me options that matched my needs and didn't try to just direct me to expensive things. He was kind, polite and helpful- he deserves a bonus! FYI the store doesn't do full gait analysis, just a foot scan to indicate suitable shoes.”

“Getting there by public transport/foot: So I got the 192 from Manchester City Centre and you want to get off at Belmont Way, it's the stop after Belmont Bridge which is near Topps Tiles and Boots Opticians. You then follow Belmont Way all the way around and cross over to the left when you reach the ASDA mini shop and Farm Foods, keep walking up when you get to the corner you will see JYSK it's between Halfords and Wickes. It's about a 10-15 minute walk depending on your pace when you get off the 192. Store and Customer Experience: The actual store is very tidy and displays are done very well. It's shows a great range of products as well as incredible prices. As for customer service, it's probably the best I have experienced to date from any shopping experience. I have made a few visits and you never have the feeling that you would want to speak to a specific staff member over an other, as everyone of them that has helped me with customer service has been fantastic. An incredible team for customer experience. Delivery Service: They use a company called AnyVan. I purchased a 3-seater sofa and I could pick how many people I wanted to deliver it and what day (Mon - Fri). So one person delivering will be one price and an extra drivers mate will cost a little more. My sofa delivery price was £27 and for a drivers mate it would have been £40 but I wanted to keep cost down and was more than able to help the driver. They also have a great tracking system and the day before delivery will give you an estimated time slot, so keep checking your emails. I also made a measurement mistake and unfortunately I couldn't get the sofa through the communal areas. I called JYSK back after arranging a paid sameday collection from AnyVan and was then able to go back to the store to exchange it for a 2-seater sofa. Again. Great service on behalf of AnyVan and JYSK. Now I have my 2-seater sofa and will be going back for the armchair on my next pay day :D.”

“Well this was my first experience here, it was recommended by a friend to take my children and experience delicious grilled food. I have the most pickiest of children that you can image but boy did the food here amaze them and have them licking their fingers! The service was second to none, the staff was warm and friendly and really made the kids feel welcome and safe. The starters, right through to the mains were beautifully presented and full of flavour, moist and juicy to the very last bite. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking to sit down with friends and family and enjoy a meal that will leave an impression. Definitely worth the drive up north! I think this will be a firm family staple.”
