On another occasion, they stayed late after hours to perform an emergency surgery, so we didn’t have to travel to an unfamiliar out-of-hours clinic. That kind of dedication is rare. “I visited the Vets with my cat Blackee on Wed 08/10/25 at 3.30pm for a 6 month health check, and was taken early as it was a quiet time. The lady at Reception was very friendly and helpful explaining about the Pet Health Club. I said for now I would pay as I went along as I wouldn't be using the services provided for the moment. The Vet/Nurse was helpful with Blackee's health - at the moment he is healthy and full of vitality for his age of 12. I explained that my other cat Ginny is doing really well on the joint supplement YuMove suggested by the Vet on her previous 6 month health check, as a few weeks ago she was struggling with her hind legs. “Could not recommend the team highly enough. My cat was seriously ill when she came in to them and they did everything possible to help and take care of her. She needed x-rays, blood tests and several courses of treatment but each one was explained fully and clearly so I knew what was being done and what risks were involved. They even dealt direct with my pet insurance to process everything for me which was great.”

Charlie was interested in Buddy, she took the time to get to know him as he's an anxious big dog, and he ended up kissing her and asking for treats.
