“A really good experience with our cat mischief. Always feel a bit out of place in places like vets but all the staff were genuinely friendly and made an otherwise harrowing experience really calm and chill (as chill as you can be when dealing with loved animals this situation).”

“Just want to say a big thank you to Chloe. I was really nervous about bringing my kitten Kiki for her jabs today because she found her last jab very painful, which was upsetting. Chloe was absolutely amazing with Kiki. Her manner was so kind and caring and she managed to distract her and do the jab without her feeling a thing. I was so impressed and so grateful. A big relief. Thank you so much!! Xx”

“We've just picked our dog Stitch up from her second stay at Springbank Farm Kennels. Can't thank Niamh and the staff enough for looking after her. Thanks also for the little updates whilst we were away. I don't know what magic they weave whilst we're away but Stitch is a fussy eater at home ( my fault for being too soft with her giving her treats etc) but when we come home her appetite is fantastic. We will most definitely be using these wonderful Kennels again and can't recommend them enough 10/10”

The lady that came to greet us at the door was lovely, really helpful and tried her best to calm me And reassure me. Diego the vet was fantastic with my dog as he always is! Turned out to be something not at serious as we thought and my dog is now fully recovered and jumping around as usual. Thankyou all so much! Would highly recommend this practise to anyone!”

“Daisie, our fit, never ill 13.5 yr old Bichon Shih Tzu cross, was going off her food and had become very lethargic. She didn't want to jump in or out of the car, which was NOT like her at all. The next day I noticed she wobbled slightly one day after she came down stairs. I thank God I did. I was sure something was wrong, so we took her to our normal vets that day, and they referred us to VetsNow for a CT scan, within 2 hours, which showed a mass on her spleen. As there weren't any others we decided to operate, dispite her age, as she was normal very fit and healthy. Vets Now were wonderful, very kind, understanding, approachable and knowledgeable. NOTHING was to much trouble, all the staff were lovely. We know Daisie was lucky, her operation was curative. Whilst we were at Vets Now we saw just how dedicated they all are to saving your pets life, and how compassionate they are. I would not hesitate to take any of my pets to Vets Now again if their situation was life threatening. Daisie is now well on her way to a full recovery, and we're hoping to have her for a few more years yet. As far as the cost are concerned, yes, it was more expensive and came as a bit of a surprise, but on the flip side they are open 24/7, they are VERY well kitted out and basically just waiting to help your pet.”

“The staff at Broom Cottage are so reliable, friendly and helpful. Our lil cat, Ico, has been really poorly recently and they have been so patient, caring and reassuring with him and with us. We really have appreciated their efforts and kindness as he means the absolute world to us. We feel we can trust them with our most precious little boy. It's been overwhelming for us recently but they have taken the time to explain everything and all options to us thoroughly and have worked with us to get him on the road to recovery. Thank you everyone at Broom Cottage for being so wondeful. ”

“We’ve been with Ark Vets at Kingsmead for approximately 20 years, and despite moving out of the area, we’ve remained loyal because of the outstanding care they provide for our pets. Over the last 12 months or so our dog Daisy has been facing multiple complex health conditions and the support we have been receiving is exceptional. Andy and Jeff have been guiding us with patience, compassion, and expertise through some incredibly challenging times, ensuring the best possible care for her. The entire team is always welcoming, friendly, and professional. We truly cannot recommend them highly enough for the dedication and care they show to both pets and owners alike. “Great place just at the start of an estate but very easy to find. Staff were friendly and helpful. Separate waiting areas for cats and dogs which is a great help. I was seen very quickly and the vet was wonderful. It was a little busy as it was the morning but no very long waits. Fantastic service from a very worthwhile charity. You so get asked if you would like to make a donation. Which I did as I have insurance and the donation goes a very long way. Only problem was a very very unhappy and disgruntled cat!!”
