“delicious burrito! love the bbq pork filling and smoky chipotle sauce! very friendly service from the staff on duty, and the seating area is air conditioned (i visited during a heatwave) the menu is clear and easy to understand, and has a simple/transparent price structure - it's reallt nice that there were no hidden extra charges for each veg or sauce you add!”

“A hidden gem. My son had his 5th birthday party there today and had a fantastic time. The staff (especially our party host and who l believe to be the manager) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were so accommodating- nothing was too much trouble, nothing felt rushed and all the children looked like they were having a great time. Very reasonable prices too which is a bonus! will definitely be visiting there again soon.”

“I honestly don’t think you can get a team that could make you feel so comfortable. Both myself and my son have been for V02 max tests. It’s makes no difference if you are an athlete or just a general runner wanting to improve. The staff are just so welcoming and supportive. We love this place.”

He carefully explains each stage of the procedure beforehand and then explains each step during the procedure as it is taking place. “Brilliant interaction with Children and parents. My son is so happy going to Pre school and is learning so much whilst here. Staff are helping massively with toilet training. Meals that are provided are perfect i get notifications on the app to say when he has eaten and how much, really puts a parents mind at rest knowing he is in the right place and being cared for. Staff put your mind at rest if you have any concerns. Lead by a brilliant manager !! Manchester Hyde team are amazing !!!”

“I came to the Private Clinic Manchester for surgery as I had read some very good reviews online and done my research and expected good things. And it exceeded my expectations. From the manager Alex who chaperoned and held my hand the whole way through, to the lovely ladies on reception and nursing team. “Service was very professional and speedy, I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks relatively easily and they even were helpful in organising an extra blood test I needed for my work. The place was easy enough to access via public transport (I walked from train station, not too far from victoria) All staff were helpful and the doctor who performed my medical was really pleasant, polite and good rumoured which put me at ease. The first staff member who took my photo seemed a bit abrupt but I think she was rushed. Overall a very good service. I realize the medicals seem a bit pricey but it did what I needed it to do.”

“I love this place cause it survived 2 world wars, it was moved after the arndale bombing. My great great grandfather owned the now bar/restaurant. You can see him in the photo. I'd love to know what happened to the clock.”

“I only use the sauna and the steam cabin usually (when I have time for a visit), but far the best of all Village Gyms in Manchester, even if this is a bit smaller. Nice and calm atmosphere and very kind staff.”

“I visited Subway recently and was served by Joe. Despite the store being clearly understaffed and a constant stream of Deliveroo orders coming in, Joe remained calm, patient, and professional throughout. It did take a bit longer than usual to get my order, but it was clear the delay wasn’t his fault – he was handling a lot on his own. Joe made sure to greet every customer politely, took time to get each order right, and didn’t let the pressure affect his service. I really appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail, even in a hectic situation. If anything, Subway needs to make sure their staff aren’t left to manage such a high workload alone. Joe did a great job under the circumstances, and his customer service deserves recognition. I visited on the 29th June 2025 around 17:30.”

“I've never had any beauty procedure done in my 32 years, I have high functioning autism and really struggle to approach something/someone new. This was the perfect solution, the salon is attached to her home so its not a busy full of people salon. Shes also lovely and explained everything, including how to do the make-up on my brows (because I'm absolutely useless). Highly recommend!”
