This update does not impact my initial review, as they do their best. (end of edit) Every time I've called this pharmacy, Ive received a pleasant person on the other side! My Flabber is gasted at the poor reviews as this has not been our experience at all! I think one needs to bear in mind that NOT every patient is sunshine and rainbows, and that patients tend to have Very high expectations of those who serve others, whilst NOT meeting their OWN high standards themselves! (Likewise, the same can be true for professionals) This is A gentle reminder to give GRACE to those who serve others, as they are all doing their best, so that we all can have the best.
